Ordered Primo's for our hungry robotics group for dinner after their first night of competition. Primo's delivered right to the hotel. Steve was amazing to work with, and even accommodated our last minute changes. Service was phenomenal, and the pizza was delicious. The delivery person was so kind and patient. We over ordered by a bit, but it was perfect because we even loved the cold pizza the next day. Thanks Primo's! You helped fuel our team on to victory!

The food, the people, the old school pizza feel…this place rocks. It’s like a Time Machine back to when pizza was fresh and people were personable. I live in Warren, and I drive to Novi for this place’s food. Also, ribs and chicken are 100/10 so good. I would recommend Primos Novi to my worst enemy it’s that good.

I wanted a review of this place because it’s a small chain. I believe these are all individually owned. The ingredients used on the pizza are high-quality and not the canned stuff found on the big chain pizza restaurants. The pricing was reasonable and if you look at my pictures, you can see the ham is real not lunch meat like a lot of a pizza chains use. The people I talk to seemed like they care and we’re happy that I chose a local chain. Now to the pizza and the quality it was spectacular. I will definitely be back. Take a look at the pictures. Everything was great.
Always friendly, quick, and great value. This is the family's go-to pizza place for the last 5 years. When we want something different there's fish, chicken, and other stuff. Nowhere to eat inside, just in case that's something you're looking for.
