DORIAN hail Manager was so good about getting the food out to us. Our waitress was awesome. We really enjoyed the food here. It was a lobster fest and they brought everything out hot and good. I wish they clone this group. Thank you so much Mrs.

Claudette was wonderful! We were celebrating a birthday and although they Shortstaffed and very busy she gave us exceptional service with a smile and a cheerful personality. She was attentive and friendly. So many times when you go out to eat, the service is lackluster but Claudette’s professionalism was refreshing.

Darren W. served me and my mom. He is one of my top go to waiters in the restaurant. He is very polite, attentive, a good listener, has good awareness and knowledgable with food items on the menu. A well deserved compliment to a rare service these days.

We were there on Valentine's Day. Took an hour to get our food and it wasn't as tasty as in the past. Our server was awesome and made the meal pleasant.

My suggestion to owners is to do what all the other red lobsters 🦞 do and have a to go person because the dashers stand here and get ignored when it’s busy and the bartender is overwhelmed so make another position
You have the money this location has been here a long time you have the money! Your business would flow better! 😊
Dining is great here other than that!

They changed their recipes for the worse and increased their prices. There is almost nothing that is worth the price on the menu anymore. The biscuits were somewhat tasteless and the flatbread was extremely mediocre. The service is the only saving grace, the wait staff are always pleasurable and efficient.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Red Lobster recently, and I can’t say enough good things about the team here. Eliana was fantastic—she served us with such a warm smile the entire time and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. So nice to see such enthuisiasm

My parents, who are older and not always the easiest to serve, are frequent diners here, and the staff always treats them with so much care and respect. It’s clear this location values its guests and works hard to provide excellent service.

We were fortunate enough to meet Holly, the director, and Dorian, who was so kind and attentive as well. Jason, the manager, also stopped by to greet us, and his hospitality really stood out. The entire team works together seamlessly to make this a wonderful place to dine.

If you’re looking for a spot with delicious food and incredible service, Red Lobster is it! Highly recommend!
