Such a fun place and the staff are the ones who make it great! Food was good, done quickly and we kept making use of the bottomless sides!

This Red Robin is an absolute MUST go to. I don’t usually write reviews, but this place is 1 in a million. The food, DELICIOUS, the people AMAZING, the memories, UNFORGETTABLE!

Food was pretty good. Lemonade and soda beverage was "off " had to request a replacement which seemed to bother the waitress. Food came pretty promptly, waitress seemed irritated with there was a food allergy at the table and the burger that's usually offered with avocado... uses guacamole which has tomatoes... guest asked to just have the avocados used instead of quacamole... waitress advised to state that upon ordering... guest said I did when I said I am allergic to tomatoes... waitress wanted to go back and forth with every "request" or dissatisfaction... which wasn't unreasonable at all. It makes for an uncomfortable experience, especially when there's other places, very close, that we could've went to eat. Again... food was decent, service was not. Even a table over from us had issues due everyone did not get their food at the same time and others were quite delayed and concern was not there... food is costly now days... people have options... make sure your restaurant is an option people may want to come to... otherwise staff will be reduced... when they appear to not want to service the customers... you lose out on money

Normally everything is great..last time I was here the service was horrible.

Update, seems this place is being poorly managed. Walked out.

Food was so tasty! Our waitress was pretty absent though so we had to wait a while for the check, but me and my fiancée enjoyed the time together. The royal red Robin burger is the goto burger!

Service sucks

Service is good but me and my husband got really bad diarrhea after eating here. Not sure which part of the food caused it but will never be back.

They are so so slow and meals are too small and cold I don’t know what’s wrong with them am so disappointed God bless the one at Ann Arbor.

We come here regularly and for the most part we’ve always had a good experience. The server very much makes or breaks the experience at this location. Overall happy with the food and grateful for the gluten free options!
