We used to love Red Robin because we could sit in the bar section (Adults Only) to eat our dinner. It was a quiet relaxing area meant for adults without kids who wanted to wind down at the end of the day without the extra noise factor. Can an Adults Only section be reinstated?

Went there this afternoon and the waitress christie was rude and in a hurry spoke with the manager in regards to the waitress she seemed unconcerned like not interested no apology
I will be calling the higher up. Dont get christie if you go to Red Robin Novi

Best service we could've had. Our amazing server was kind patient and understanding. The closing staff was full of good spirit and was beyond enjoyable to be around. One person was even singing blissfully and sounded fantastic!

Food was just ok. So disgusting how many fruit flies were at our table. I wouldn’t go back by choice. Why are there so many fruit flies flying around our food & around our table?!? It’s a cool night in October. So many. Not a good experience.

Regular attendants, not overly busy. Food decent and would get Cali Chick sandwich again. Half of fries were brown. Waitress was less than enthusiastic and had to wait to pay her .... after flagging her down.

This place was awful, the waitress was slow, she was sweet but inexperienced it seemed. The food was terrible, the California chicken sandwich used to be so flavorful and delicious, this was devoid of all flavor, and rubbery. My husband's burger was raw....after telling him they dont so medium rare, they literally brought him a rare burger. The fries, omg, used to go there just to have the fires with ranch dressing, now the fires have the skin on them, why ? They were perfect before! These were cold and soggy with awful skin on them. I used to live Red Robin's...but this is the last time I ever go to one, even the music was terrible! It's not family friendly and definitely not a date night kind of place....do not waste your time or money going there unless you enjoy cafeteria food. I'd leave zero stars if I could.

Are waitress was very helpful and sweet. Burger and sweet potato fries were also good. Haven't been to a red robin in 3 years. The price of the food definitely went up. I think it's to much for a burger and fries. My local bars have better quality beef and bigger burgers for half the price. Overall, I probably won't be back for another few years due to the price. Food was alright. Staff was very kind.
