The service of this location was awesome, which is why I gave an extra star. But the burger was not what i ordered the first time. The first burger i ordered was supposed to be well done and it came out medium. The party i went with ordered a burger ans it messed up as well. It took about 15-20 min to get my second burger. The fries thankfully were good. But the worst thing was when i walked into the building and into the men's bathroom there was a strong smell of sewer. The server who i asked about told us it was a sulfer system in the back of the resturant. But the smell was most pungent in the men's restroom. The place should fix their pipe problems before allowing people to eat inside.

Even in a pandemic that is stressing their company and maybe the ability to even survive it, they still think about teachers on Teacher Appreciation Day. Giving me a free cheeseburger and tots. I drove out here from my place in Southfield. Sad to see their famous salad bar empty. Food and service still wonderful. I will be back for that once we can eat in again.

Waited 45 minutes after the designated pick up time to find out that it was cold and sides were left off. Would never go again. Very disappointed.

Went last night and will NEVER be back again! The host had us walk around all through the restaurant because he didn't know where to seat us even though their was open seating. Then he asked us do you wanna sit on the bar side we only said yes just so we could finally sit down. My husband and I sat down had a waiter walk pass us several times going from table to table without speaking to us or even so much looking at us. After 15 mins of completely being ignored we left. I guess you have to be a senior citizen and white to receive service from the wait staff.

The most skilled and hardest-working service people. Top notch bar. Best salad bar around. Great food perfectly prepaired. I witness some rude customers and the service just continue to do exactly what they were supposed to do with a smile and kind words. lot of people did not even tip but expected everything. and they gave all the service.

Went to this location at lunch time with my mother. Around 2pm. Walked in. No host. No manager in sight. Saw 1 server and 1 bartender. Maybe 8 tables in the restaurant and that's generous. There was another group waiting at the host stand. No host. Stood there for five minutes ungreeted and left. That sort of thing does not inspire much confidence in the staff to prepare my food safely and timely. Ruby Tuesday is generally one of my favorite places to go. I love the salad bar and the chicken fresco and the burgers. Was really dissapointed to have to leave.

This was truly a disgusting experience. The salad bar was wilted and empty at 5 pm at night. The meals were cool and bland.

My friends and I agreed that the food was delicious with fresh tasting ingredients. I had the Hickory Bourbon Salmon with a baked potato and salad bar. I would recommend it. Our server was friendly and frequently checked on us, and the restaurant is very clean and has a warm atmosphere. We've dined here several times.

Me and my family got burgers today because of this ad. These burgers were so good, so juicy! And to get all this for just $10. We definitely will go back for more burgers. Although I do love the salad bar.

The first impression is the one to pay attention to. The wait to be acknowledged and seated gives you enough time to change your mind and go somewhere else. Customer Service here has declined rapidly. Yesterday, the music was so loud! It was like entertainment for the staff, not the 6 customers in the dining room.
