Customer service crapola....after reading reviews it's been on going for awhile...now the problem is management for letting all the reviews to go unnoticed or corrected.

I would leave no stars but that wasn't an option Visit day is November 8th at 2:15. I was standing in line with 4 little hungry girls and the females who were working passed me up 3 times and not once asked me what I needed. So I took the girls somewhere else. The 2 that were by the registers were just chatting it up while one of them was on their phone. Service ATROCIOUS!!! Sbarro how do you expect to stay in business with that type of customer service?

Update October 28 slow, nobody in the mall all the pizza that was presented was old. The gal working was making a fresh one. I asked her if I could get a couple slices of a supreme, says that’s not what she’s making. Maybe could’ve accommodate the customer. I asked how much to order a supreme $26.99+ tax not worth it. Mr. Owner, Customer Service, sir. You would’ve made something versus nothing.
Was here at 11 AM when they were to open there was nobody here to help me. Food out, nobody working? What kind of business are you running here? 🙄

Stood at the counter for 20 min waiting to be waited on. NOT 1 PERSONcame from the back to take order. This happened before a month ago too. Seems like a pattern to hide in the back room

Bad service.. great pizza. Yesterday I stood at the counter, and watched as she filled the salad containers.. the veggies the croutons.. as she looked over her shoulder sees me ( no acknowledgment)( for the second time)… puts everything away. Now cleaning up. Then she says Help U. Takes order, pizza done hands me my slice and water.. walks away???? I waited a minute.. as she is taking orders.. I say is this free… can I pay you… I’m busy. I’m by myself. So I said , can I pay you . Why do I have to wait for everyone’s order to finish (6) people behind me.. .. She says You don’t have to eat here…!!!! She walks up to the register finally… I’m by myself!!!!! I said just let me pay you, but you need a new system!!

Flies on pizza. Unprofessional service. Out of Pepsi. Raw dough in the calzone. All this and more for $20.
Service is terrible, she was very rude and throwing folks food @ them.

Food is good but every time I’ve came here awful service. Either there no one there or they take forever to help. The girl literally saw me didn’t acknowledge me and made a whole pizza. Proceeded to be rude bc SHE Couldn’t hear me and then took everyone in lines order and then checked everyone out. I come here for my break only for the food but I’m just gonna stop. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had. And the worst part is it’s every time. I only get 30 minutes and today I spent 10 minutes waiting. This place needs new workers who want to be there and care for people.
