Stood at the counter for 20 min waiting to be waited on. NOT 1 PERSONcame from the back to take order. This happened before a month ago too. Seems like a pattern to hide in the back room

Bad service.. great pizza. Yesterday I stood at the counter, and watched as she filled the salad containers.. the veggies the croutons.. as she looked over her shoulder sees me ( no acknowledgment)( for the second time)… puts everything away. Now cleaning up. Then she says Help U. Takes order, pizza done hands me my slice and water.. walks away???? I waited a minute.. as she is taking orders.. I say is this free… can I pay you… I’m busy. I’m by myself. So I said , can I pay you . Why do I have to wait for everyone’s order to finish (6) people behind me.. .. She says You don’t have to eat here…!!!! She walks up to the register finally… I’m by myself!!!!! I said just let me pay you, but you need a new system!!

Food is good but every time I’ve came here awful service. Either there no one there or they take forever to help. The girl literally saw me didn’t acknowledge me and made a whole pizza. Proceeded to be rude bc SHE Couldn’t hear me and then took everyone in lines order and then checked everyone out. I come here for my break only for the food but I’m just gonna stop. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had. And the worst part is it’s every time. I only get 30 minutes and today I spent 10 minutes waiting. This place needs new workers who want to be there and care for people.

Like most people who grew up in the 80s and 90s, there was a time when I loved Sbarro. I still have a fondness for them, although there is clearly better pizza available. The ingredients are actually still good, but they just don't put them all together like they used to. The employees are nice enough, but the management is not teaching them how to properly move the lines while still making a quality product.

Worst customer service EVER! Went up there twice to be acknowledged to purchase food that’s on display. She never acknowledged me, then my husband went up to ask her and she didnt even look at him and responded within attitude with her back facing him. We ended up going to a different restaurant. They shouldn’t be representing your store, it makes you guys look bad for hiring such ppl. This woman should consider a warehouse job where she is NOT seen.
WORST customer service EVER! The employee behind the counter was rude, disrespectful and clearly hated her job. She refused to take our order because she was lazy. How does that even happen?! My family really wanted pizza, but got dismissed because she didn’t want to do her job. My husband and I were blown away in disbelief. Both staff members who were “working” today, should be fired immediately. We will never return, and we will always advise others to disregard this awful location with foul workers. Such a disappointment..

Waited for over 15 minutes because there was nobody at the front. I don’t normally leave reviews but I work in the mall and the few times Ive come to Sbarro it’s always the same two ladies and they both full of hate honestly because they just rude 24/7, of all the places to eat in the food court this would the only one I would never recommend.

It's the mall so there is plenty of seating and its atmosphere is the mall. The service was good for me. The worker had to tell people where to stand for her order. She was by herself and seemed like she was being rude but to me she was being strict because she needed to be.
