My experience was amazing at the Novi location, my server was Denali and he was very punctual and extremely nice, he had a very positive attitude and could answer every question In a timely manner, im very pleased with my experience and will definitely be returning in the future, huge shout out to our server for making the experience 10 times better! 100 Stars!!!

The pasta was so good. The chicken in the pasta was cooked to perfection. Our server was very nice and attentive.
One of the best restaurants for good food. Devil's pass dip and goat cheese bruschetta are the best and so far every item I have tried turned out to be delicious. And the service was top notch every time I have been there.
Great atmosphere and great food. Definitely try the buffalo cauliflower, good one. Drink choices are plenty, could add more nonalcoholic drinks to the list.

This place used to be really really good when they first opened. I spent $80 on two dinners between me and my friend. I don’t mind their prices being a bit higher now, but wow their portions have gone down dramatically. If you’re going to charge $25-$35 for an entree you better serve a reasonable amount. I didn’t even say anything and my friend made the same comment and noticed as well. I’m really disappointed, I left hungry after eating a mini piece of salmon and mashed potatoes that covered 2 whole inches of the plate… didn’t even wanna waste my time trying to order anything else. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I eat here.

Just had an interesting situation take place. Called to place an order over the phone, was placed on hold after the young lady took my phone number, which was strange. A gentlemen Shawn comes to the line and informs me that he can’t take my order because an order was placed under my phone number and not picked up. I’m totally shocked because I’ve never done such a thing. I tried explaining this to the gentleman, he unfortunately did not want to hear it, nor did he offer to help me make it right. I mean, anyone can call call and provide any phone number, people also have their identities stolen every single day, people also make mistakes. I know first hand that his employees make mistakes from previous orders I’ve placed, but did that stop me from patronizing the business NO. I asked for corporate’s number, he tells me there is no corporate number. I asked for the GM’s number, he advised that he is the GM. I asked who does he report to, you guessed it, he doesn’t report to anyone, I asked so are you the owner, guess what, he’s a “partner”. He advised me to go to the website and complete a form that’s ultimately going to be routed back to their location, right and the issue won’t be resolved. I get that someone called and provided my number “allegedly”, or perhaps it was a typo by one of his employees, stuff happens, but guess what, I can take my business and hard earned money elsewhere and you should too if you want to be treated with dignity and respect!
