Watered down. Tried the new Pistachio latte today, tasted watered down, barely had any flavor. Also ordered a cheese Danish and they forgot to warm it up. #COLD #DANISH. It's this location, they either dont give a crap, don't know how to mix the drinks, or intentionally do it when you do not tip them, as on past orders of the Refresher drinks (with lemonade & No Ice) they tasted watered down as well. *Done with this location. Starbucks corporate will be notified.

Terrible Experience – Unbelievable Prejudice and Disrespect I had an absolutely appalling experience at Starbucks today, thanks to a shockingly rude and prejudiced employee. I walked in to witness the employee "Avalina" snapping at an middle aged man with a heavy accent. I was immediately struck by the cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. I have been coming to store #2278 in Novi every day ever since the store first opened. As my turn approached unfortunately Avalina started taking my order. I was reading off my phone the last of the 4 orders when Avalina rudely and aggressively said "Do you need anything else?" At the time of my order there was nobody else in line to warrant Avalina wanting to rush me. I then asked her to please be patient and not be so rude. To my utter shock she asked me to leave. I was in absolute disbelief. In the years I have been coming to this Starbucks location I have always had pleasant and respectful experiences. Avalina does not represent the culture I have always experienced at Starbucks.

i work close to this starbucks and i usually get the same thing every day, a latte with blonde espresso, vanilla, and caramel drizzle. in the past 3 weeks, that have maybe made it right once. im done going here, i will just leave early and go to sweetwaters. the old staff makes it right and they even have lavender all year round.

Typical Starbucks food and drink, but friendly service and smiles. This is something hard to find anymore, so it was very refreshing to be greeted with a “Good Morning” and a smile!
Old lady who works cash register is very rude. Seems like she hates her job. Coffee is always gross too. Never coming back <3

The women working at this Starbucks have no concept of customer service. They lost our debit card and then forced us out of the drive-through line. Both the employee who took the card and her supervisor were defensive and refused to take accountability. They were neither empathetic, nor were they kind. I work in food service and would never treat my customers this way.
