I usually go to the 5 mile and beck location but happened to be over by this one. Ordered a venti matcha tea extra hot. Get home and the husband opens his drink to find it a quarter of the way empty. Not very pleased.

The drive-through people are really rude at this location. You can’t ask a question about the menu without them getting disrespectful and having 10 people answer didn’t even take the order. It’s like come on for 10 bucks of coffee. You’d have a little respect with it, especially during the holidays and Christmas Anyway not going back.

W H O is training these people to only fill the drinks up 3/4 of the way??? Every other time I visit my drink is missing like $2 worth of liquid! Today was the worst. Got a white mocha, haven't taken a sip, and it's missing like 5oz.

This is the best Starbucks in Michigan. Love the staff. Everyone is nice and helpful. They are the most welcoming and the hospitality is by far the best of Starbucks. It is always clean, organized, and some calming. Makes you feel like you are at home or in the library. The manager is AWESOME and always helpful.
Parking: The parking is a bit tricky. Best to use drive through if you can wait. I prefer parking and going inside. But don't let the parking fool you. It is an excellent Starbucks location and above expectations in the service.
