Coffee is good but some of the staff doesn't seem to know how to ring said coffee up. Was over charged twice in the same day with a different person cashing me out both times. Wonder how many other times I was over charged there.

One of the worst Starbucks around, reason being? The staff couldn't crack a smile if their life depended on it.. At least act like you want to be there and don't make the customer feel like they are an inconvenience to you! If your waiting there you won't even get a simple "I'll be right with you" a major turn off for an expensive coffee shop. Not cozy because your in a Kroger shopping center right next to the service desk

Everyone who works there is kind, awesome, professional, overall great. Minus the younger long dark-haired girl. She's worked here for years and has the name brahnon. I've seen her throw tantrums at customers 2 times now. Once even showing teeth and angry eyes. To be fair though, she hasn't done it in about 3 months in front of me. She might have a disorder or something, so i don't want to judge too harshly.
