I should have looked up reviews before driving to this Starbucks location. It would have been better to have driven to 1 of the other Starbucks in Novi than this one! I was in Novi leaving the hospital with my daughter and her friend, so I asked my phone to look up a close Starbucks to stop at on our way home. My daughter's friend ordered a venti mango dragon fruit lemonade refresher drink with no ice and my daughter ordered a venti pink drink with strawberries & foam with light ice. My daughter's cup was full, but her friend's cup was only half full. We were told company policy when no ice is ordered is to fill it to a certain line only. Well at that point, they should not be charging for a venti because she only received a tall! There is NO WAY the ice took up that much room in the cup! The staff was rude about it too. We will never stop back in at this location ever again. Ridiculous policy, staff, and service! My daughter's friend orders this drink with either light or no ice at any Starbucks location that she has been to, and she said she has NEVER been handed only a half full cup, ever. I know this as I saw yesterday the girls ordered the exact same thing at a Starbucks location by our house, and those cups were full.

Ordered shaken espresso and got a cup of milk …even after I asked politely to remake it. She made the exact same cup of 2% milk with an attitude of course. I order this every time I ever go to Starbucks. This was Super gross. I think Target Starbucks are the worst!

Pretty bummed by my experience here today. Employees double toasted my sandwich, which I did not ask for, and the bottom was burnt to a crisp. Quite literally crumbled in my car so now I have a mess to clean up too. Felt like the workers were not taking their job very seriously either. Also bummed they do not have raspberry syrup anymore.

It was a busy christmas eve at Starbucks today. i purchased an iced mocha Frappuccino. it was a Delicious beverage, though it was a bit sweet for my taste. i write this review to praise the service team. despite the long line, those in the kitchen worked very efficiently and the young woman at the register (her name tag said Katelyn) was very kind with a heartwarming smile. overall, i had a Wonderful experience at starbucks today.
A bit busy but what do you expect for a weekend. Great job

Was there earlier today around noon. Only 2 workers, it was very busy with a constant line, they were running out of everything and desperately needing a break but kept calm and friendly. If I were in that situation, I would have been so anxious and frustrated. I hope they get a raise.
