There is an older woman there every morning, who has the nastiest attitude, and she doesn’t know how to use the register to ring you up for your order. When you receive your coffee, it’s most likely nasty and inconsistent with what you paid for. Starbucks has definitely gone down in quality and quantity .Please bring back real customer service!

this is my go to location whenever their store manager is not there, every bad experience i’ve ever had were on days that their store manager was present and i asked one of the workers and they said that she’s just a control freak who is unfair towards workers and just is an awful manager all around making the job more difficult and unbearable than it needs to be and i believe it, my experiences with her are just as unpleasant and from now on i just won’t be going there anymore until she’s gone. all of the normal staff are such great workers and people and i hope that they get a better manager that they deserve soon. 0 stars for the manager 5 stars for the actual workers who contribute to this location.

It has been my go to for years. Lately it’s hit or miss. Today I ordered and it’s the same as always. Trent’s mango dragonfruit with extra ice and one scoop of dragonfruit. Again it was wrong. I waited for someone to help so I could have it remade and was ignored completely. This was the last chance. I’m tired of this place and the rude people who work there! I used to go out of my way to come here because it was awesome. Not anymore! I left the drink and walked out. I also contacted Starbucks and received a refund. Don’t waste your time at this location.

the blue haired barista makes my experience in this place terrible every time! my go to is a matcha and she makes it where there are dry particles in every sip, covering the entire lid, sides of cups and bottom of cup, i asked her kindly to remake it cause i physically couldn’t drink it with particles in every sip. she got frustrated and told me that’s how matchas supposed to be, the guy kindly remade it but the blue haired barista gives so much attitude. I also came in and tried to go up to her and say hello and the blue haired barista didn’t even acknowledge me, i also said hi. I also came in today and the matcha was very bad please just blend if there are no particles, sometimes i see employees blend it until there is none to make sure there is none, but this blue haired barista does not care.

Girl at register wasn’t very friendly. I asked for an iced cherry chai tea and when I went to the other counter for the drink it was a regular chai. I told the girl it was supposed to be the cherry one she said sorry it just said chai I’ll remake it (she was very nice). Girl at register clearly doesn’t care and either one didn’t like me for some reason or is just rude. I heard her being nice to the customers after me, I’m in customer service too and I’m not sure why we’re picking and choosing who to be nice to and who to actually listen to. And if she didn’t hear my order she should have asked me to repeat it. At least the girl making the drinks was nice and didn’t mind re making the drink. Just saying it’s not hard to be nice even if you don’t wanna lol we all don’t wanna sometimes. It’s called faking it.

Baristas are extremely rude! I asked a barista whether my order was on their list, or if it had been picked up because I did not see it. I was met with sarcasm and indirect narcissism. The attitude in this location is lousy and I am going to blacklist it off of contracts for orders.
