I went to this location yesterday. From the time I walked inside, I was treated as though I had done or said something incorrect. I wasn’t greeted at all, I received a simple, “what can I get for you?” Then once my drink was completed, it was slid to me on the counter. The next customer wasn’t even in the store all the way and she was greeted with Hi!!👋 from both employees! I turned and walked out. Never to return to this location.

I had went in and order two green tea matchas and they served it to us and both were dripping with matcha all around it you could not even hold the cup I asked if they had napkins they replied with an sassiness and said they are behind you My daughter asked if they always spill the drink around the cup and he goes to my daughter and says no only for you that was VERY disrespectful of him to talk to my 10 year old daughter like that he also made the drink so disgusting that it seems like he never even blended the drink Never seem worse survive then this.

The guy in drive thru wanted to argue with me because I don't like blonde coffee and they used it in my brown sugar shaken expresso even though they didn't do it in the past and I have ordered this drink a lot. Then it is super strong and taste disgusting. It tastes like they added more oatmilk and didn't remake it right. Im done. The guy asked me if I tasted the blonde coffee. I said I dont like it. Why is it so hard to get something you like when you are a paying customer?

My service was not ideal. I order a grande pink drink with no ice and a cup of ice on the side. My whole drink was cold foam and I never got the cup of ice. Also there were four strawberries total. Not good service not a happy shopper.

This place has progressively gotten worse over the years, short staffed, always missing items such as fruit, sandwiches, or non dairy milk like oat or almond. Most co workers seem fine but the management is poorly misplaced and their employee rotation rate seems high I always see someone new here, by the sounds of it and what I’ve heard from employees there’s always drama or conflict between workers. I’ve talked to corporate about a lot of things at this location. They should lose their license honestly with how unclean it’s gotten too. they removed the self serve bar and there’s this one kid who always makes drinks wrong, and seating has practically shrunk to two small tables, it’s always a wait to get something here. Really hope they get things together here for their own good. It’s a shame really.

I was a bit hesitant to come here due to the low scores, but this was actually one of the better Starbucks I've been to. They had 4+ employees and were fast and friendly, so I was in and out in just a few minutes. They also accept Starbucks rewards/gift cards, so it's a great place to spend them while at the mall.

Dear lord have mercy on customers nowadays!!! Does Starbucks even train their employees anymore? Visited the Twelve oaks mall today with my son and stoped at Starbucks for a “classic macchiato”…I even made sure to tell the cashier specifically to put 3 shots of espresso and the “foam” of the milk, that’s it- nothing else in my drink…??‍♀️ well first time I get some mocha drink…told the girl that I ordered a classic macchiato and the girl had no clue…I proceed to explain it to her and I end up getting a cappuccino. At that point I grabbed my drink and threw it away bc I can’t have that much milk in my coffee… it was overly explained but still they couldn’t get it right…unbelievable!
