This place was terrible. We were attending a lacrosse tournament. The restaurant was near our hotel. We made a reservation. We showed up at 7:45 p.m. on a Saturday night. The place was not busy. Maybe 1/3 of the tables were in use. We were seated at a table in the center of the room in clear view of all of the servers, the manager and the hostess. A busboy brought us a glass of icewater. We then sat for 20 minutes. No one came to our table. No server introduced herself. No one took our drink orders, brought us bread - nothing. For 20 minutes. At least 3 servers were walking around serving the 10 or so tables. Not one said hello or introduced herself. The manager walked around - never greeted us. Plus, a 3 year old was running around the restaurant like it was Chuck E. Cheese. I have never waited 20 minutes for a server before. We walked out and finally the manager noticed and he said - "You are leaving?" And I said "Yes - we have been waiting for 20 minutes and no one has acknowledged us,

Place was dead but service .... Would have enjoyed light music or piano playing to help the empty room feel warmer. Food good and service very good. Would go again... I hope they stay open!

Perhaps Thanksgiving was an abnormal example of my first experience at this restaurant, but nevertheless the late lunch experience started off with a server dumping a tray of full water glasses on the table and my spouse. When the special thanksgiving turkey plates were served, I found the turkey to be very dry and without the “natural sauce” as noted on the menu. I was able to mostly enjoy the turkey if was coated with generous mashed potatoes, but when those ran out I had to leave the remaining portion uneaten. I was hoping to ask for more sauce throughout the meal, but no wait staff ever came back to the table to see if we needed anything. Is this normal service here? Nevertheless, our $260 tab was accompanied with a full tip because the staff was very nice (what little we saw of them).

Service was very good. I had the miso glazed halibut and it was SOOO salty. And I salt everything. Clam chowder was delicious. .

Service was extremely slow on Friday night, the restaurant was not busy at all. The food took a very long time and two of my guests ordered steaks med-well. Both came out charred on the outside yet raw in the middle. Our server was not present. After calling for floor management to ask to have them re-prepared the plates were returned even more charred and maybe med-rare. There was a half-hearted attempt to comp a dessert but we just wanted to leave. I miss Steve & Rockies... We will not be going back.

Burger and lamb chop's overcooked. $13 for a small side salad is a bit ridiculous. Menu had full salad priced at $13, I asked for a small side salad. Wait staff should have informed me there is no side salad. For $13, the salad was very dainty - complete rip off. For first time experience, there are Many more places to dine at lower price point and better quality. Very disappointed.

It was pretty much empty when we got there, but somehow or another, it took us an hour and forty minutes to have dinner. Service was very slow. We had to get the manager to produce our bill.
Not a fan of a 18% gratuity being automatically added to the check. I decide how much to tip based on service level.
