The lady tried to up charge my sandwich thinking I wouldn’t notice. She said she couldn’t find the receipt. After waiting several minutes I finally got the receipt they clearly shows that she added $2.00 for cheese! My sandwich was suppose to be $8.99 but she charge me $11.99 Very sneaky! Always get ask for a receipt.

This is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to! Not sure if it’s actually the stores fault but more so the person working, I had to literally ask if there was meat on my sub, as you can see from the picture it’s a sprinkle of meat and pretty much all bread not to mention three tomatoes and I had to ask for her to add more after putting two on it. I got three subs and all of them I had to ask for “more” and this was her “more” which isn’t even as much as the normal…. Awful

Horrible subway store, dirty store, light on all of the toppings, and light is a kind way to put it. Terrible customer service and terrible food. Order from the subway on Wixom Rd.

Disgusting !! Nasty staff and dirty environment Seriously avoid this store 100% unhygienic. Few of the major issue today: 1. Old bread 2. Expired lettuce and tomato 3. Same knife was used for veg, meat and tuna sandwich 4. Drink cup smell Fetid 5. Lemonade was out and they took 15 min to refil 6. Service staff are nasty, use handsanitixer then touch the food, use gloves hand to operate screen and touch money.
Overall the worst Subway I have ever had. This store has serious hygienic concern and must be reported to corporate immediately.

Walking into Indian ladies Sitting on the benches. I ordered the new chicken flatbread… $16 for Stale pita not even a Flatbread with one scoop of chicken. Will never return here

Just got their new sub. Spicy chicken nacho on flatbread. It was disgusting. The flatbread was stale, the chicken was cold & barely defrosted. Just played horrible.
Avoid this place and certainly don’t do online orders unless you like Terrible service, didn’t cut footlongs, messed up half of the 11 subs. Wrong ingredients in almost every sub. Took over a hour waiting. Been to this location multiple times. New people, don’t speak English well at all, and just a horrible experience.

watched homeboy quickly scurrie to lock the door at 9:40, hours say opened til 10:00, feel like homie was lying and I get it sucks working til 10, I work to 2 am bartending but that Sammie would’ve taken a couple minutes outta your day when you already gotta be here til close, and I was hungry, shame on you brother lol

Worker was one the phone the entire time I couldn’t see him make the sandwich he never let the door down. it was a club it had one slice of ham turkey and roast beef. At the end it was a $1.84 tip automatically added to my bill.
