Food was as usual subway quality. No complaints.
Some locations have fresh and good ingredients and some dont, honestly.

I would not recommend churro at all.
Veey hard to eat after getting warmed up, taste.of dough gives weird after-taste.
Again, this note is for churro lovers !

This location is pretty clean and managed well.
Great service and timing was quick. Minimal wait time. Totally recommend for quick take outs .

Staff had no patience for customers, very difficult to understand/hear, Rushing my decisions while I'm trying to ask how long the veggies were out because 4 of them looked bad.

If I could rate a lower star, I would! The owners are incredibly rude, disrespectful and they act as if every customer is a HUGE inconvenience! They make up their own rules regarding pricing, quantity and availability of side options. I will never go back to this location..& I advise all to avoid this Subway at all costs!

This location is amazing the service was outstanding I ordered box lunches for my work meeting for the staff. The owner was so nice and so professional. He came in just to make the sandwiches so the staff wouldnt get stressed out. He even carried the bags out for me. The food was fresh. . If you are looking for a subway please give this location service they deserve it.

Subway is Subway. You know what you're getting at any location that you go to. I like this particular location for three simple reasons:

1) the toppings are always fresh
2) the store is always clean
3) the staff is courteous and efficient.

I mostly eat veggie subs, so fresh toppings are a big deal for me.

The man making my sub sneezed while making it. Did not throw it out or wash his hands after. I was too dumbfounded to say anything. Threw it right in the trash. Gross!

I ordered directly from website for delivery and was given the wrong food. I did take the order back to the restaurant and explained that I had a delivery order and presented a receipt the employees gave me a hardest time wouldn't refund me for the order and blamed me for having the wrong order the entire time my correct order was sitting on back counter I was upset so I asked to have my order remade they refused to remake saying they are loosing money by remaking my food I have never been treated so poorly and will never eat here again the lady also told me its not their responsibility to check the orders out for delivery I ask to speak to a manager and they refused to call one customer service is beyond poor my food was old soggy and nasty! Worst subway and employees ever!!!

Rude is an understatement.Two horrible experiences in a row. Worst Subway I have been to in my life (I’m 43).The first: arrived well within the advertised operating hours; open sign turned on. As we opened the door, the man behind the counter said he could not help us because he was on his lunch.The second: we walked into the restaurant as the only two people there. This time there were two people behind the counter. We approached the counter and stood there awkwardly without any gesture or words spoken by the staff. It seemed like it was up to us to tell them what we were there for, and to begin the ordering process. We tell them the two sandwiches we want; the bread and the proteins. On the second sandwich I couldn’t understand what she was asking me, so I kindly re-stated it with better diction for a second time. Then she asks me questions again still talking about the protein… I was trying to order steak and cheese similar to their Philly, I decided to just make it more simple and ask for the Philly. She then proceeded to lecture me about how to order the sandwich. As I continue with good patience and just listen, her coworker jumps in and tries to help explain her lecture.The sandwiches had the very bare minimum of each topping one could expect. We ordered very basic sandwiches with one topping each.

New Indian owner is supper cheap. He complains that is not making enough and skimps on everything. Meat is less than any place ive gone. Does not put much veg on the sub. Tasted mostly bread. The Lettice was brown from lack of customers eating it or he is not rotating. Hopefully he sales to a new owner. Might be a little further but the subway on beck rd fills the sub. CYA never see me at the novi rd one again
