I have been coming to Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea for years and there is a reason that I keep returning. They have quality coffee and teas (the Pomegranate Green is my personal favorite), wonderful service, a nice variety of baked goods (the lemon bars are delicious) and sandwiches. I have never witnessed an employee treat a customer with anything but kindness and respect. They even make it a point to learn the orders of the regular customers. The seating area is great for catching up with friends or working/studying. It's comfortable and tastefully decorated. It's in a nice location that is close to the Novi shopping areas. Sweetwaters is a refreshing break from the craziness of some other coffee and tea chains.

I went into this coffee place the other day because I like to get my studying done usually in cafes. I was there for hours and it had one of the nicest and most friendly atmospheres I’ve seen compared to many different places. I got only a couple drinks and a cookie to hold me over while I studied and the cookies were freshly baked and the coffee is some of the best I’ve ever had. The workers there were super friendly and were helpful and nice to me when I had questions about menu items. I even asked if they could watch my stuff while I went to the bathroom and I came back and they were close by it when I came back. It was very nice to see a group of workers who were nice to go above and beyond with the customer and were enthusiastic about their job while also providing good quality food and coffee. I will definitely be returning again. Will now be one of my favorite coffee places!

Me and my mom have been regulars here for years. it had always been my favorite place to get coffee and tea. My favorite drink is the pomegranate green tea! it’s very flavorful and i’ve tried to recreate at home many times but it is just not as good as it is in the cafe i think they put magic in it.

I came through the drive threw no one acknowledged me, I was sitting here for few minutes they didn’t even say hey just a moment I seen a lady through the drive through window look right at me. I won’t be back I should have read the reviews from this place.

Ordered Dragon Ice Caramel drink and a Pretzel Sandwich with Egg, Sausage and Cheese.

Didn't expect for a full sandwich to be $10, ($2 for sausage) and ($2 for egg), but I enjoyed it a lot. Really soft bread.

The caramel drink was delicious and sweet, the whipped cream is homemade but doesn't dissolve well into the drink. If you don't mind a lump of cream when you're done with your drink.

It’s a good place they just take a super long time for no reason lol

I have had several issues with app orders. I always give minimum of 15 minutes before I pick up anything ordered on an app and the last 3/4 times I have arrives almost 20 minutes after ordering they have to scramble to make my order because they didn’t see the online ticket print. This happens so often you would think they would simply move their printer to a more visible area….they have also drastically increased the price of their food. $7.50 for a sandwich the size of my palm that comes frozen is a no go. Sorry!

Sweet water is a great place to just grab coffee and hang with a friend. They have lots of seating and a great selection of coffees. The iced dirty cold brew is my favorite. They also have breakfast sandwiches and pastries to choose from. Staff is very friendly and quick at getting your order out.
