Will not be returning. Some of the rudest and most unhelpful staff I have encountered at a coffee shop. It was my first time coming in and i asked what drinks qualified for the $6 coffee and sand-which. The person who helped me was rude and would not give me a helpful answer. As a first time customer I dont know these things and it makes me not want to return. My drink was also full of coffee grounds so I didnt even get a drink. She was also rude to other staff members while I was there.

Always always always great service great food fast and affordable pricing. One of my favorite places to visit in Novi Michigan keep up the great work they have a wonderful staff.

The art on the walls has my jaw dropped. I’m in from out of town on a work trip and I wish I had the money and the means to bring home some of the paintings. I’ve had their dreamy cold brew and pumpkin pie cold brew the two times I’ve gone as well as a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, all of which have been delicious. The servers are friendly and the service is excellent

They say they are open til 7pm M-F. I show up at 4:53pm and they are closed. There is a sign in the window saying that they are closing at 5pm today. They have no customer service. Write this location off. I have.

Not sure why I still stop here. Always takes a very long time. I ordered one small iced drink with one person in front of me. It took 16 minutes. Coffee is ok but not that good for the price and the wait.

The drinks are not consistently good. Today it might taste great. Next week it might taste totally different. Depends on who’s making it. Also the chairs are so unbelievably uncomfortable, even if I did want to stay, I’d be forced to leave because I can’t stand sitting on the little metal chairs. Your back and bottom will hate you.

The croissant sandwich was the best I’ve had. There are plenty of coffee and matcha offerings and delicious looking desserts. The staff are friendly and attentive.

Wouldn’t go back, coffee was lukewarm, tea we ordered wasn’t good either. Ordered food which looked like food served on an aircraft. Service was good but unfortunately the food & drinks didn’t match that level of service.

Second time visiting. I got an iced tea a few weeks ago and was violently sick after. Recently, I went back and got the same thing and felt fine. The baristas are nice but I recommend only getting hot drinks, as I think the ice made me sick!

went here the other day, staff was great but I found disgusting flecks of what looked like mold in my ice cubes in my latte. absolutely unacceptable.

The atmosphere is cool and the service is good but things are slightly over priced. I got a London fog, tea, light vanilla syrup and milk and it was almost $8. Sadly it wasnt worth it at all. They also only do a London fog in a massive size.

As soon as you enter the room smells delicious. We were greeted with a friendly smile and an amazing attitude. The pastry and coffee was delicious too. The Barista Autumn and the rest of the staff was knowledgeable about the products and we had a great experience.

The iced Imperial Milk Tea is my go-to and I have a hard time ripping myself away from it to try anything else on the menu. It’s dangerously good. Like, “this might be the peak of my week” good. Somehow manages to be sweet, smooth, and cold enough to reset your brain like a factory default. Their large for this particular beverage is like big gulp sized, which isn't an issue for me in the slightest but if you dont have what it takes to commit to a blessing that big you might want to order smaller m8.
