I placed an order online. First, a restaurant should never impose a tip to help you pay for your employees, especially when it's an online order for pickup. That should be configured in your price already. Secondly, you asked for special instructions as opposed to having a checklist for adding stuff with the cost for adding each item next to it. They just have you write it in. I wanted to add cashews so I wrote, "add cashews". I knew once I arrived they were going to tell me to pay for the cashews so I had no issue with that. But to charge me a credit card fee because they don't have it in their online ordering system was nonsense. It was petty and cheap. It wasn't about the money, it was the principal. Overall the food was okay, no real flavor. They didn't put any soy sauce or fortune cookie in the bag which was also cheap. When you run a restaurant, never be cheap and petty, for 50 cents and a packet of soy sauce they lost me and earned this sour review.

Excellent authentic Szechuan cuisine. I had the stir fry green beans, Dan Dan noodle, general Tso’s chicken, handmade wontons. Taste is fantastic, nice portions. Inside of the restaurant is clean. Kevin our server was very knowledgeable and recommended wonderful dishes. Location is good right across from the convention center and there is ample parking. Overall taste is great and these are dishes you can’t find elsewhere! Highly recommend
The food was slightly oilier, but the taste was authentic Chinese. I loved the fried milk buns. The staff was friendly, and there was ample parking outside the restaurant.

They told us 25 minutes over the phone. When we got there we had to wait another 20 minutes, cause they didn’t have it ready and then they couldn’t give us an estimate on when it would be done. It was not even busy, why did it take so long?
Also, we ordered home style tofu with no mushrooms…over half the dish was mushrooms. Disgusting! We also ordered chicken and broccoli with an extra side of sauce, why was the side of sauce different from the sauce in the dish? The general tso sauce was nasty too
Sweet and sour chicken was... edible, I guess? Orange chicken is OK. Rice was gross; overcooked and mushy.

Come here for the authentic cuisine and friendly, family atmosphere. Absolutely THE BEST Sichuan cuisine in Metro Detroit - bar none. Coming from a person who lived in China for three years, you will not be disappointed. The Dan Dan Mien is divine. The Mapo Tofu, silky and spicy - like a sexy lady. Indulge yourself and have a meal here. You will not regret it!

The food is good but the customer service needs a lot of work. They dont understand the LAW. We ordered 3 dishes and we paid for all of them. This is our 1st time eating here and we alway leave tips in cash at the TABLE. Tipping is not an issue. Anyhow, The owner or manager was not patient enough while me and my wife were having a conversation after paying. HE Yelled out "You FORGOT to leave TIP" right after giving us our receipt. RUDE!.
I want to encourage whoever works here. We dont have to LEAVE TIPS if customer service is BAD or if we dont want to but we still left it..
You dont have the right to yell and ask for tips?. If your food is good and service is good, people will most likely leave tips.
