Do not order using delivery from any service. The food always (in bold with exclamatino marks) arrives soggy and the drinks ice has melted. They must premake their items. If there is one fast food that is worse then the rest with soggy it is Taco Bell. There is another store locally that I have ordered from for a long time and they get it right everytime, they make it fresh for every order. The Taco Bell app will not let me choose the store that I am ordering from. I have sent a message to Taco Bell corporate but they just replied with a coupon. Still emailing with them but a coupon for soggy food is worthless. I wish I could give 0 stars but not an option.

I normally never write bad reviews for fast food because it is what it is. But I was livid, there are signs that happier hour drinks daily from 2 to 5:00 p.m. I got to Taco Bell at 2:30 p.m. and I was excited because I normally never make it to the happier hour drink deal. So as I ordered the drink first because I wanted a mountain dew Baja blast freeze, the employee and the manager were rude AF about not giving me the happier hour because they don't do it anymore. I kindly let them know to they should take their sign down because it does say daily technically they're supposed to honor it but they were making a fuss about it. So unfortunately I had to purchase a small drink for $2 I could have saved the dollar. Their cheesy gordita crunch is $6.99 alone without meal deal. I couldn't believe it and thankfully I was smart enough not to buy it. Because outside of 12 oaks Mall Taco bell's, they only charge $3.99 just for the cheesy gordita crunch alone. The only thing that was good about this location was they brought back the fiesta potatoes I've never seen them out where I'm at so it was a treat for me and that was the cheapest thing I could find on the menu. I was appalled by how I was treated by the employee and simply calling me a Karen all because I said kindly you really should remove your happier hour sign if you no longer do it because people will ask for it and you're supposed to honor it but I said no big deal and I said moving right along. I'm so sick of the employees playing the either I hate customer service card or every single customer is acting like a Karen card. I have worked retail and food service the I hate customer card or the customers being a Karen card when in reality we have a right to be upset about certain things that are valid..... When I worked fast food and if we had deals like that that are no longer valid, we simply just take it off the menu. I was treated like trash the moment I ordered I don't know what beef the employee had against me but..... Honestly she just go to a Taco Bell outside of 12 Oaks because I feel like they price gouge because it's 12 oaks. That Taco Bell has been around for so many years so there's no excuse upping a cheesy gordita crunch from $3.99 outside of 12 Oaks to $6.99. not to mention the fiesta potato bowl, my good friend couldn't believe the portion that they gave me for $2.19. there were customers behind me that were appalled on how the employees were treating me and they even said take down the damn sign, is it that hard? I know the manager came out and was also arguing with me and I said it's okay moving right along I mean just remove the sign and I'll just continue my order but they just kept wanting to nag at me about me being a karen. I said I just want something to eat I don't got time to argue.

This was not my first time of bad experience at this location so I feel it is the time to leave a review. I ordered two cheese quesadillas and nacho fries , both quesadillas were half empty with no cheese nor sauce ( I felt that I ordered two tortillas for $11.98) and the amount of the fries was less than usual. When I went back to tell the cashier, she didn’t care and even she didn’t bother to say sorry.

Place is ran by a bunch of clowns. Continuously have the wrong order or missing items, and they just toss your food around with no care in the world. My food looked like a young child made it. Employees seem to not care at all about customers. Time for new management at this one. Go elsewhere!

I have to say I was quite surprised by the crunchy beef tacos I purchased. These were the best Taco Bell tacos I have ever had! Never thought I would say this about a location in a mall. The beef filling was nice and hot with a decent texture. Usually, the meat is lukewarm and mushy but not on these tacos. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and the sour cream just the right amount. This Taco Bell got it right!
They close at 8 came at 730. Not from around here so had a hard time finding it. Got to the restaurant at 750. They told me they were closing early. Worse service. After saying I searched the whole building they offered to take my order but very rude at first. So I walked away they arent getting my money.

This is legit the best Taco Bell in the area! Everything comes out fresh and looks exactly like the photos like they pack the stuff full. They are all super kind and professional and handle mall rushes like champs! Also this location has Dr. Pepper!

We were at the mall doing some Christmas shopping, and it was lunch time and went to Taco Bell. It was before noon and we had to wait that's the only reason why they didn't get 5 stars all the way down, we thought they should have been opened by at least 11 but ordered incerito's before the limited time went away, and they were awesome everything else was perfect.
