Food was good but why did it take 15 minutes for my food? I was the only order during that time and the girl was moving so slow. It shouldn’t be this long especially at a fast food restaurant in a mall that is not busy.

I have to say I was quite surprised by the crunchy beef tacos I purchased. These were the best Taco Bell tacos I have ever had! Never thought I would say this about a location in a mall. The beef filling was nice and hot with a decent texture. Usually, the meat is lukewarm and mushy but not on these tacos. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and the sour cream just the right amount. This Taco Bell got it right!

They close at 8 came at 730. Not from around here so had a hard time finding it. Got to the restaurant at 750. They told me they were closing early. Worse service. After saying I searched the whole building they offered to take my order but very rude at first. So I walked away they arent getting my money.

This is legit the best Taco Bell in the area! Everything comes out fresh and looks exactly like the photos like they pack the stuff full. They are all super kind and professional and handle mall rushes like champs! Also this location has Dr. Pepper!

We were at the mall doing some Christmas shopping, and it was lunch time and went to Taco Bell. It was before noon and we had to wait that's the only reason why they didn't get 5 stars all the way down, we thought they should have been opened by at least 11 but ordered incerito's before the limited time went away, and they were awesome everything else was perfect.

Whoever was working the night of Monday on Halloween, I didn't get the names but I have respect for anyone that was there. They were respectful, and not angry yet short staffed, they did everything they could and had the place running great. They deserve some accolade.

I don't usually eat Taco Bell on a daily basis, but only after a few weeks or months. The lady at the Taco Bell stand at 12 Oaks Mall on Novi is very nice and a professional staff as well! The food was great and the atmosphere was on-par!

I was gonna leave a bad review beacuse they messed up my order but the guy who answered the phone was so apologetic and immediately rectified the problem which is incredibly rare in fast food these days so 5/5 cause the guy was so nice and took ownership of the mistake.
Just ate here. I can’t complain! They took their time, Mexican pizza was cheesy, saucy, and crispy. CBR was wrapped perfectly. One young lady taking orders at the register, two young gentlemen working in the back making them. They were all continuously working on stocking sauces and silverware as well. Thank you!

Food is good they charge you for fresco and say they don't have fresco. Tomatoes don't cost more then cheese. The manager is the one that did it too. I think they need to figure out the proper rules. Also the beans were dry and not the proper consistency. Needs more bun water.

We waited for 30 minutes in the line, they weren’t taking orders just doing other stuff around the restaurant with a huge line behind us. Very disrespectful customer service, it’s a fast food but was not fast whatsoever.
