Years ago I left this location at five star review, and now I must unfortunately change it to one star. This is the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to, today I placed an online pick up order and when I got to the location they made me wait 12 minutes at the speaker before I could tell them I had an online order, then a whopping 22 minutes at the window for my food...which was ONE quesadilla and ONE taco. Absolutely baffling how it takes that long for such a small order. Never again. 40+ minutes total at this location for a tiny order, this is unacceptable.

Served cold tacos. Cook seemed like a loser as i was trying to figure out why order was so expensive and the cook comes from the back and just walks up and stares then walks away. Cashier was cool though. 3/20/21 about 11:30pm. Cook has dreads/braid with tattoos for management.

Waited 10 minutes at an empty drive-thru at 9:30pm. Rude and dismissive high school student drops my debit card on the ground and never apologizes. I say that's okay, it happens to stay positive. My chicken flat bread has unmelted shredded cheese and cold chicken. ? Thank goodness it was pre-cooked?

The food is good, it's Taco Bell. However, my Mom and I were quite hungry and planned to dine in. We were very disappointed to be forced to enter our order on a time consuming kiosk instead of having an option for someone to take our order. I feel that many people would be fine with the kiosk but if you'd like to have someone take your order (like they do at the drive thru) I feel that should be an option. If my Mom were there alone she would have been forced to leave and not have Taco Bell due to the kiosk ordering system. I understand the overwhelming amount of short staffed businesses but feel exceptions and accommodations should be part of every business operation.

Went there at 830 pm 3/5/2024 the lady who waited on me at the drive thru was RUDE ! My food was sitting on the counter when I pulled up , I asked if it was cold she rudely said No an tossed the bag at me , I asked if there was sauce she asked what I wanted I said one hot one mild she handed me 2 pkg of mild I sat at the drive thru for a couple of Min she ignored me then opened the window an handed me 2 more milds while the line kept backing up , when I got home food was cold- I will never go back to this place

Nothing like getting food and making it all the way back to work to just throw it away..the tortilla the used also the Flatbread were soaking wet like they were sitting in water it was absolutely terrible unable to eat.

Sketchy, they also jipped me on a supreme chalupa and chips and cheese and I’m not going back to correct it, I just won’t come back here at all. I haven’t been to a decent Taco Bell in this area, somewhere there is a negligent district manager with very questionable staff.
I would give it zero if I could. The guy on the drive-through was definitely high, and it showed. Good luck even getting your food, let alone the taste.

No one consistently let's me down more than this Taco Bell. When I work late and don't get dinner I'll swing through and attempt to get a couple tacos. Only problem is the staff walks out whenever they feel like it. Tonight I was told Door Dash only so I drove next door ordered through door dash and came back. When I came back through the line ordering through the intercom magically worked again. My food was cold because I waited for my time to pick up on Door Dash assuming they were short staffed. I pulled up to the window and they were leaning over the counters playing on their phones. I understand Taco Bell probably isn't an exciting job but if you don't want to do it don't work there!

If I could put no stars I would. What a complete waste of time. Nothing but a bunch of thugs working here. We pulled up to the drive through with an online order and they had a sign taped to the speaker that said closed until 8pm. It was 8:40pm. We finally got a response on the speaker and she said they were closed. We literally seen them handing food to their friends in the car in front of us. Stay away from the location. Nobody cares here and you could end up getting sick from the food I would imagine. They should close this location and build a Culver’s or something.
