Kid at the counter is the most pleasant individual I have seen in God knows how long. He was a young black guy, vry respectful, vry helpful. I was getting so sick of the attitudes of most of the employees in the fast food places , but this guy was great, sry I didn't get his name I think his manager should know what an asset he is.

Wanted to give this location one last try before writing off completely. I’m not sure why but every time I get a quesadilla, the cheese is cold. On top of just throwing it in the bag… whole. If I’m gonna pay 6 dollars for a damn cheese quesadilla the least you can do is make it right.

Ordered at 11pm, your staff did not assemble the burritos properly. All the cheese was tucked in one end of the burrito, there was no onion, and only a dab of sauce. I had payed for extra sauce and cheese. I had more bites of just tortilla and bean than anything else. I had payed for four avocado sauce packets, but only received one. The workers that are employed here in the late night hours don’t care about food. They just want you out of the drive through so the can go back on their disgusting cellular devices and get paid to do literally nothing.

this review is for taco bell itself. not this location. but unfortunately if you don't give a terrible review nobody will see it... so here's my issue. why does the stupid kiosk take my number to text me a receipt and then guess what? that's right.... nothing. no reviept. I'm so sick of talking to under paid morons. so by all means. someone important can reach out to me and I can sell you the proper way to fix your issues with your kiosk. but in the meantime keep scraping the bottom of the barrel here....

Absolute worst experience here, every SINGLE TIME. These people suck so bad notoriously at their job. They are slow, rude, constantly out of almost every single ingredient, and they make the food worse than any other taco bell in the freaking tri-county region. Everyone I have talked to who knows this location knows to stay far away. Don't go here. These people absolutely suck at life and have wasted enough of my money. I will never ever ever be back, even though this is the closest location to me. If that's not saying something idk what is. This place is HORRIBLE.
