Save your time and money. This place makes inedible food. Should have known being the only client inside. Had a spring roll basically raw and the worst pad Thai. It made me sick. They can keep my money but I'll not be coming back.

The atmosphere when I first walked in there was chaotic. This resturant looks like it is trying way to hard to be fancy and ends up looking like a unfinished movie set. The seats were not comfortable, and my party was shoved to the side in such an awkward position. The food took awhile to come out and was half wrong at that. The food itself was not so good either. Especially for the prices they try to charge. The service was inadequate as well, the server only came by once when there was only two groups in the resturant. Overall not a good experience and I know far better places to dine in and spend that kind of money. Do yourself a favor and do not dine here!

My niece had a party tonight there. Horrific would be kind. No food for the number of guests that was planned for. Everybody went home hungry, utterly embarrassing. The owner was combative and rude. I can foresee health violations and lack of traffic causing closure very soon

We did private event recently and people didn’t get food to eat, very less quantity and refused giving drinks and food to our guests. Very rude service! Never going to recommend anyone this place.
Not worth it, food was not good at all. Calamari was way over cooked, rubbery and tasteless. The Katsu chicken was warm when it was served, and didn’t seem fresh. The price we paid for what we got was way too high. The service was good though.

We made a reservation for 7:30 on a Saturday night. Showed up at 7:15 and were seated right away. We waited about 10 minutes for water and another 20 min to order our drinks and appetizers. Our drinks came out one at a time about 15 min later (25 min for the glass of wine). There seemed to be only one server for the whole restaurant. The bartender looked to be serving a few tables too. At 8:30 we still didn't have our appetizers. All the tables around us were waiting for food. We started calling around and luckily found a restaurant nearby to accommodate our party of 8. After paying for our drinks and appetizers we walked out and down the road to another place where we were seated, drinks served and food on the table probably before we would have gotten our second round of drinks at Taipei. They are horribly understaffed. Our server was nice, just set up for failure.

Great food, great atmosphere and good service. The strawberry mule was delicious. The salt and pepper shrimp was delicious as an appetizer and the veggie spicy par thai was on point. Highly recommend!
