This place was crazy packed but we got our seats quick since I did call ahead seating. Food was typical franchise food. Nothing special amd honestly probably won't go back.

My wife and I came in to have my birthday dinner and have a T-bone steak dinner with carrots and broccoli and steak fries !!! I ordered the steak medium rare and it came out bleeding 🩸 and not cooked properly!!! Then I try to eat the carrots and I can’t even put my fork in them they were so hard and cold and so the manger brought out some mashed potatoes to replace them and the potatoes was cold !!! The Manager Diego comp our meal !! But it wasn’t about the money we just wanted a good steak dinner that was cooked correctly and the sides hot
I come to texas roadhouse all the time. My experience today was unprofessional and rude. I asked for my filet was be cooked medium well. They served it to me as a medium steak. My server Terry was so gracious to return it and get me another one. When they brought me the same steak back the peice I cut was well done and the rest of the steak was still medium. The manager Hakeem asked is the steak ok I said no it's still medium. He states in an assertive voice that is medium well. My server took my steak back and had them cook me a brand new steak. Terry has very good customer service skills and problem solving skills. I'm very dissatisfied with my experience today.
