Everything was great but took too long to bea seated long waiting list but i liked food atmosphere and the way they bring the food all together on the table was very professional.

Earlier today, my friends and I went out to eat and unfortunately, we were stuck with one of the rudest waiters I’ve ever encountered. Not only was she unprofessional, but her attitude was completely unnecessary and made the whole experience uncomfortable. To make matters worse we found a hair, we found a hair in one of our drinks. And when we got up to pay, she started screaming at us and told us to sit back down. The whole experience was awful.

The atmosphere was more welcoming then the customer service and food. My first time visiting and I will not be returning. Ema was a rude food server, and the manager lied about compensation for the servers attitude. Definitely 2 star service experience. Never again🙄😔

Terrible experience. The food was really bad. Unseasoned, unsalted and bland. The service amplified the tasteless food as it was even worse. Started off with getting the order wrong and it kept going down hill from there. Wife & I both agreed this would be the last time we step foot in that place. Seriously save your money for anything else.

I had high hopes for The Cheesecake Factory, but unfortunately, the food didn’t quite hit the mark. The menu offers a lot of variety, but the dishes we tried were a bit underwhelming and didn’t live up to the price. There were a few flies around the restaurant, which wasn’t ideal, but it wasn’t a huge deal-breaker. Still, it did take away from the overall experience. The staff were fine, but it’s the food that really matters, and unfortunately, this time it just didn’t impress.
They would not make reservation for us at first then next time they said the wait is about 2 hours. Very bad

They need more servers or something. A 2 hour wait, but after being seated, we were in the restaurant for over 3 hours. Our waitress was HUSTLING. She had so many tables and trying to balance them all must have been insane. We were waiting alot but we could see she was busy helping others. We didn't need to be there over 3 hours, but at the end we were SO ready to GO. If there were more servers, or people designated for tasks, such as cashiers, perhaps we wouldn't have needed to wait so long for every step, and perhaps there wouldn't always be a 2 hour wait to get in... Between waiting to order, waiting for drinks, waiting for the food, waiting for menus to order cheesecake, waiting for cheesecake, waiting to ask for and then waiting for boxes, then bills, waiting for her to come back to take the bills, waiting for her to check us out, it was ALOT of waiting. It wasn't her fault though.
