First visit to this Novi location. Drive thru, sausage breakfast wrap. Ordered with no cheese, like I always do at other Tim Hortons. Received a wrap with no cheese and no sausage. My husband took it back in to get another one and the guy pointed at the girl at the window and said "talk to her, she made it" and they both just stared at him. Other locations, if they make a mistake they gladly make another one for you. Not that it happens very often to me and I'm a weekly visitor to Tim's in Rockford and Howell. We got nothing!! All I wanted was my breakfast sandwich. This appeared to be a newer location, maybe needs training in customer service. They appeared to not understand, intentional or not. We won't go there. A starbucks next door will do the trick.

Mary is very friendly, attentive, and efficient. She made my visit feel welcoming, and I could tell she truly cares about providing great customer service. My order was perfect, and she even took the time to ask if I needed anything else, making sure I had everything I needed before I left. It’s rare to encounter such a positive and hardworking employee. Mary is definitely an asset to the team, and I'll be returning soon!

Been coming here for years and have had minimal issues. Every now and again there may be a small issue but it's never goes unfixed if you just politely ask. Have been coming here weekly for years and overall have 0 complaints.

At drive-thru and guy at the window had an attitude with us. Pull up to the window and says that I was not allowed to order for myself and the driver because I’m in the passenger seat… when he heard me completely fine. wont be going there again :)

This is the 3rd time my coworker comes in with coffee for some of us and it always turns out to be MILK! Asked for only 2 creams and instead it looks like they poured the whole jug. Very disappointed because when I go to other Tim Hortons I don’t have this issue at all. Spent $5 on coffee that taste nothing like coffee! This needs to be fixed

My brewed coffee is ALWAYS too sweet. Doesn't matter whether I ask for 5, 4, or 3 sugars. They always add too much.

Everything was cold. Paid for a meal and ended up paying a la carte for my hashbrown for an extra $1.50? If I buy a meal isn’t a coffe and hashbrown included? These people are thieves. Just go to Starbucks next door.

We love this location, very clean and good service and always happy and gives us a positive energy, especially Mary she is very helpful and knows my coffe how i like it , she one of the best at this location.
I literally came in at 415 and was told that they already stopped serving lates… which in reality she just cleaned machines way earlier so she could leave and close early . A bit ridiculous when they close at 5pm not 415

The cashier at the window was so incredibly rude. Perhaps i would understand her dismissive behavior if there was a line. But there was no one behind me. I wanted to add an order of timbits at the window(I know I should have done it prior but she wouldn’t let me speak). I’ve never felt like such an inconvenience at a coffee shop before. I now understand why the Starbucks next door is always so much more busy. They are kind, polite and very personable.

Gave 1 star because 0 is not an option. Poor service. The faces of the workers are frowning and sullen, as if they are working with forced labor behind their backs. I will never return to this location
