A must-visit for any tea lover. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They give out samples before you make a purchase which is good of them.

My current favorites are the espresso, taro and mango. Trying something new on each visit.

My absolute favorite, favorite place for boba. First time I had it was at 12 oaks and I’m so happy they have it at Fairlane now for whenever I’m craving some good boba.I’ve tried many flavors here and have yet to be disappointed by any. Recommend this 100%.
