I purchased 2 Island Green detox smoothies a few days ago and the worker gave me small cups with the overflows. I paid $10 today for one and noticed too late that the blender was still 1/4 full and worker washed it out. It occurred to me that it’s not ‘extra’, it’s 1/4 of the fruit, vegetables and protein powder that I paid for. If they add too much water and ice it will overflow and should be given to customer if they want it.

I cannot express how wonderful the staff was today. I'm a doordash driver and had an issue with a delivery that they took care of for me really quick and then I walked out the door and my car wouldn't start. Just spoke with the manager and she said it was okay to leave my car there and was just so very nice and caring. I don't normally eat at a tropical smoothie but that doesn't mean they don't deserve a awesome review

Best place ever!! We’ll be coming to this Novi branch every time. Staff was so friendly and patient, generously gave my kids a bag of chips each, our smoothie and wrap came out so fast and was delicious! They even split the smoothie into small cups for my kids without me asking. Thank you amazing staff and we’ll see you soon!! (Don’t go to the West Bloomfield one, this Novi is THE PLACE!!)
