Staff are very friendly and personable! No complaints whatsoever! Doesn't seem like a very busy location. Food and other products are fresh and made to order. I recommend the wraps. Value for what you pay for. Definately recommend signing up for the rewards programs as it has great perks! I would certainly return to this location.

Amazinggggg smoothies and bowls. I never have any complaints and the customer service is phenomenal. Lastly The worker Fiona Popaj is the sweetest soul ever and makes the environment feel so warm she’s amazing.

I ordered a salad online and it had a large lump of rotten cilantro and green onion. Will never return. I've been ordering lunch here for over a year, very disappointing

Go here often...the food is sometimes cold, but love the smoothies

Impressed with the avocado green smoothie-- good ingredients, quite delicious. Way too big for me to finish by myself though. I would like it if they had a half-size option.

Meal was good but I payed for sweet potatoes and never received them and they refused to give a refund

I came here for lunch and there were only 2 ladies working but they got my food and smoothie made fast.

I stopped in on Monday evening at exactly 8:30pm to order an açai bowl. When I went to go order, the young lady told me that they were not accepting food orders anymore, including açai bowls, and they were only making smoothies… which didn’t make any sense because the same ingredients used to make a smoothie, are used to make açai bowls (minus the granola). I’ve placed orders past 8:30pm on the app and they’ve been fulfilled with no issues but it seems like if you try to walk into the establishment and place your order past that time, it’s a problem, so they’re very inconsistent. I called and spoke to the manager, who didn’t really seem to sound like she cared. She offered no apology for the inconvenience (which is the least she could’ve done). She said she would speak to her staff, but I highly doubt it.

If you’ve read this far, per management, food, including açai bowls are served up until 8:45 PM.

Visited THIS location @ 12:30p. BEFORE going to work, TWO employees working (a young caucasian guy at the blender that DIDN'T look up to acknowledge me (has facial acne & had white earbuds in his ears) AND an african american girl who came from the back (short with glasses, 'protective' hair style) & ended up on the phone, ALSO did NOT acknowledge me, so....... I ended up walking out! NOT a GOOD experience @ all and will NOT be back to THIS location!! Wow...
NOTE, THERE WERE A FEW CUSTOMERS INSIDE EATING.. SO THEY WEREN'T BUSY, IT TAKES A SECOND TO SPEAK &/OR SAY I'LL/WE'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU!!
I WILL continue to frequent the W. Bloomfield location on Haggerty Road!!

Had a great experience being served by Mikayla S, very friendly and made me literally the best Chia Banana Boost I've ever had today!
