Food was okay. Waited up front for quite a while before being served. Woman in back came out with an airpod in and seemingly gym clothes. It was VERY apparent she was on the phone with someone and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. No greeting, no asking if we wanted to complete a second order, it was a very abrupt end to the conversation. Horrible service.

Good food, but the short girl up front is inattentive and terrible at her job. It takes her 5 minutes to greet a customer because she’s busy sitting on her phone in the back. If I return and she’s there, I will simply order and then walk away while it’s being completed.

honestly reminds me of my childhood. i grew up out of state and this food is an exact taste of home. Everything was super fresh when i ordered, great flavor and overall good quality imo

My whole family got extreme food poisoning that ended 2 of them in the ER. I threw up in the past 30 minutes twice not adding on painful diarrhea we all had. Really shameful we had to go thru all this.

I’ve been a regular customer at this restaurant for quite some time, often coming at least once a week. However, my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I was greeted by a staff member who was not only rude but also extremely unprofessional. She charged me before allowing me to choose my food, which I found odd, and then she gave me the wrong order. When I pointed out the mistake, she seemed frustrated and insisted that I pay an additional $12 to correct it. When I refused, she dropped the price to $1.95 but still refused to provide a refund.
When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed to be the manager herself and told me that she doesn’t do refunds. This was by far the worst customer service I have encountered, and it is completely unacceptable. As someone who works at this mall and who typically receives positive feedback, I am shocked by the treatment I received today. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I strongly urge the management to address this issue and reevaluate the staff’s conduct.

The complete crooks. They do not write anything specific to pricing on entrees and they charged me for a 2 entree dish 18$ When I went back to check on the price the server shouted back at me that you were harassing me and threatened to call the cops on me. She even said if you talk to me more I'll put you in jail. Do not go to this place and do not give them any business they should be on the streets begging for money.

This place is my favorite chinese restaurant, i love the food it’s always so good and the workers are so nice. They always give us so much food which is great. me and my mom drive 20 minutes just to be able to eat this food. 10/10
