The food here is AMAZING! I come here every week and the employees here are so nice! I mostly only come to the mall to get this food! 10/10 recommend!

The manager was horrible. She mistreated her worker in front of me. Her worker was good and fast but then she started to push her around and yell at her. And the guy are the cashier was almost afraid to talk about it. She was very rude and disrespectful. The noodles were terrible couldn’t eat them. The orange chicken & sweet and sour chicken tasted weird.Not the best food experience.

Noodles way overcooked, and oversalted. Chicken was edible. It should be a crime to sell noodles of such poor quality and then charge people for them. Amon worst "Chinese" food I have ever had.
Went here because the Asian food place next to it doesn't offer samples and I'm not eating mall food that I don't sample first. Last time I came here, a kind girl offered me a sample and I loved it and ordered two. The next time, I was on the fence and the older guy who was working, possibly the owner, was rude and said they don't offer samples, no, YOU don't offer samples. I decided to go to sbarro. The least lotus could be is consistent, it's bad business to be inconsistent on top of being mediocre.
