I hadn’t been here in years because I was out of state. After a long shopping day, I had my mouth set on my all-time favorite Chicken Pot Pie soup to eat at home. The soup was HORRIBLE and tasted like it was spoiled. The bread was hard as a brick with a burn mark on one side. Zoup was one of my favorite places to eat. What happened to the soup as it tasted nothing like what I remembered? I promise you that I will never patronize this place again.

I visited this location and everything was horrible. I work across the street so I called in my order and I let them know that I was using my work time to come pick up the food, and the guy on the phone said the food would be READY. When I arrived my order had not even been recorded in the system so I had to re-order. Not to mention the person that took my order in store gave me a $20 price for what the person over the phone told me would be $16 (Whole sandwich and soup). So I went with the the half sandwich and soup which was $14. The person making my order put one plastic spoon scoop of chicken salad on the bread and spread it out! Mind you the bread is brioche bread so it’s very thick. He then served me and I asked was that all that goes on the sandwich and he proceeded to lie and say he put two scoops on there which he didn’t because I watched him make the whole order. I can’t taste ANYTHING but bread. I’m upset and very displeased with how over priced and mediocre this meal was. I’ll never be supporting this restaurant again. If you want a nice meal this is NOT the place for you.

I have severe allergies and all the soups have labels for Gluten free and dairy free which was awesome and tasted amazing.

The food was excellent I love the tomato soup especially when you dip a sandwich in and my little kiddo loved her grilled cheese will be back when we go to the mall!!

Stingy, unfriendly people serving mediocre, overpriced food. Refused to give me a cup for water despite having a fountain drink dispenser right there and even though we spent more than $20. Yucky cheap paper plates instead of trays. Lobster bisque was not thick as other locations and was lukewarm. Asked them to put the balsamic on the side for my sandwich and instead it was drenched in it so my kid wouldn't eat it. I don't understand why the owner is responding to all the similar reviews asking people to email them instead of just fixing the issues that everyone is complaining about. Poor business sense.

Meh! The White Chicken Chilli should not be classified as a Chilli! A Chicken Corn soup would have been more accurate. The Buffalo mac'n cheese appears to have been warmed up in microwave ( had pockets or clod and hot spots)

This Zoup / Zeats franchise has gone down hill. To begin there’s no water cups, you must buy a bottle or a fountain drink for everyone in your party. The lobster bisque & chicken pot pie, have the consistency of water and are flavorless now; possibly watered down. The soup is served on flimsy white paper plates & random napkins, instead of a tray. Corporate needs to pay this franchise a visit, this used to be the best spot in the food court.

This place was not good! The person taking my order was on a phone call the entire time. The soup was lumpy and no lid was provided. Also, it was served on a thin paper plate instead of a tray. Avoid this place!

Great soup and a good experience! I am a long-time loyal customer of the Grand River Road Novi location that has recently closed so I am at this location weekly! I do wish the dine-in options were more than paper plates that will fold over if you try to carry them, but I just saw today online they're offering soup flightz and I saw there are over 30 options for soup and when I called the restaurant to confirm the lady said ALL THE OPTIONS were available for shooterz (I even asked twice)! I am ordering online now at work - will update.

Quick stop for lunch in the Twelve Oaks mall food court. Menu is a bit pricy for the food court but butternut squash soup was good and baguette that comes with it was better in my opinion than Panera.
