Online orders didn’t let us know they didn’t have broccoli cheddar soup . They replaced it with mushrooms soup I’m allergic to mushrooms. I work in the mall with this location and there always rude and evil . The food is disappointing it was a waste of 20$ !!

The chicken pot pie soup was watered down. Did not give a tray to carry food. Instead gave a flimsy paper plate.salad was nothing special and had too much dressing. Will not eat from here again

Food is insanely overpriced and they got my order wrong. They gave me tomato on my grilled cheese & no utensils or napkins even though it was on my receipt. My grilled cheese was over 6 dollars and you don’t even get a full sandwich. You get 1/3 of a piece of bread with half melted cheese in the middle. My broccoli cheddar soup was also extremely sour and tasted almost like chemicals. My boyfriend’s soup was very very watery and looked old. My total order was 45 dollars!!! All I got was two half sandwiches (more like 1/3rd) 2 cups of soup and a mac and cheese.. no drinks!!

I hadn’t been here in years because I was out of state. After a long shopping day, I had my mouth set on my all-time favorite Chicken Pot Pie soup to eat at home. The soup was HORRIBLE and tasted like it was spoiled. The bread was hard as a brick with a burn mark on one side. Zoup was one of my favorite places to eat. What happened to the soup as it tasted nothing like what I remembered? I promise you that I will never patronize this place again.

I visited this location and everything was horrible. I work across the street so I called in my order and I let them know that I was using my work time to come pick up the food, and the guy on the phone said the food would be READY. When I arrived my order had not even been recorded in the system so I had to re-order. Not to mention the person that took my order in store gave me a $20 price for what the person over the phone told me would be $16 (Whole sandwich and soup). So I went with the the half sandwich and soup which was $14. The person making my order put one plastic spoon scoop of chicken salad on the bread and spread it out! Mind you the bread is brioche bread so it’s very thick. He then served me and I asked was that all that goes on the sandwich and he proceeded to lie and say he put two scoops on there which he didn’t because I watched him make the whole order. I can’t taste ANYTHING but bread. I’m upset and very displeased with how over priced and mediocre this meal was. I’ll never be supporting this restaurant again. If you want a nice meal this is NOT the place for you.

The food was excellent I love the tomato soup especially when you dip a sandwich in and my little kiddo loved her grilled cheese will be back when we go to the mall!!

Stingy, unfriendly people serving mediocre, overpriced food. Refused to give me a cup for water despite having a fountain drink dispenser right there and even though we spent more than $20. Yucky cheap paper plates instead of trays. Lobster bisque was not thick as other locations and was lukewarm. Asked them to put the balsamic on the side for my sandwich and instead it was drenched in it so my kid wouldn't eat it. I don't understand why the owner is responding to all the similar reviews asking people to email them instead of just fixing the issues that everyone is complaining about. Poor business sense.

Meh! The White Chicken Chilli should not be classified as a Chilli! A Chicken Corn soup would have been more accurate. The Buffalo mac'n cheese appears to have been warmed up in microwave ( had pockets or clod and hot spots)
