I adore the people who work here. Every time I've gone in, I've had fun chatting with them! Unbelievably speedy service, and great coffee. It is my favorite Biggby for sure.

My favorite Biggby by far! The staff is friendly and always on top of it, especially Hunter and Shawn (these two are amazing and deserve to be recognized for their hard work and diligence, its always a pleasure to stop in and see them when I swing by.) My only complaints were the interior being so outdated but they recently have been redoing the inside and now it looks so much better! Definitely plan to stop in as a part of my daily routine gong forward.

Excellent staffing and great coffee
Visited this location 6/13/25. My baristas on this visit were Sean (Shawn?) and Hunter. They were both super friendly, offered Free shot Friday to me, and went above and beyond to give great customer service (even heated up my drink before I left). Very nice to actually have a good visit somewhere and see employees genuinely having fun at their jobs. These two deserve to be recognized.
Staff is fantastic and so kind! Always a great experience
Very disappointed in the customer service I just received. I wanted to get a gift card for my co-worker birthday and I walked in at 7:10pm. I had no idea this location close at 7 as most locations close at 8pm. The “open” sign was still light up and the door was unlocked so I walked in a heavy set white women started yelling “we’re closed” mind you there’s people in the lounge area and I said oh I just need a gift card and she just kept yelling “we’re closed” I said “oh okay I’ll just come back tomorrow” she was very rude. Next time turn the “open” sign light off and just say “oh I’m so sorry Miss but we just closed. Please come back tomorrow during our business hours” but yelling at me for no reason is completely unprofessional.
This is my favorite biggby location in the Lansing area! While the atmosphere and aesthetic is extremely outdated, my drinks are always made well and actually full, unlike other locations.
Ordered extra hot drink and it came like warm...not happy.
TL;DR: Tall young man who made our sandwiches, you rock! Short woman with long black hair who made our coffees…take a deep breath and BE NICE.
I want to say why I’m giving this rating: I only rate when service/product is exceptional or exceptionally horrid. This rating is a little more nuanced than that…
I’m rating the service as 5 stars because—and only because—the young man who made our food was polite, cheerful, and genuinely interested in our chat. That is sometimes more important than anything else.
I’m rating atmosphere 3 stars for many of the reasons others have stated here, such as the music truly is too loud and it’s…generic for lack of a better term, but mostly because the gal who made our coffee is clearly not meant to serve the public. There was no direct interaction between us except to call out our coffees loudly when we were standing right there—but even more than these things, she kept being rude to and chastising the young guy who was making our sandwiches. We brought our laptops to write, so we are spending some time here, and in the time we’ve been here (about 25-30 min so far), she hasn’t smiled, greeted any customers, or said anything in a cheerful tone, while the young man happily greets and chats with each customer while continuing to do his job with a smile.
So, to the short gal with the long, black hair: it costs nothing to be kind and speak to others, whether customers or co-workers, politely and with respect, but it can cost a business its future relationships when you don’t. I get it, work can be hectic sometimes, and life itself can be overwhelming, but you can never let it show when you’re in a public facing role; it takes away from the “getting a coffee” experience.
To the tall, sandy blonde-haired young man who made our sandwiches: keep doing exactly what you’re doing. You rock! (I’m gonna see about that Zippity Cow Milk, for sure! 😂)
You will be overcharged even based on their menu prices. The staff here is great and always accommodating. The owner will charge you full price for things that are promotional on sale. Even if you order correctly and he will not apologize or correct the issue. The regular staff is wonderful and was willing to help any way they could. The owner or manager was rude and incredibly unhelpful. Just in it for the upsell even though that wasn’t what was promoted.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Tasty latte.
Only complaint is no drive through at this location but the layout of the parking lot doesn't really allow it

This place is filthy and the unskilled workers made this place the worst Biggby Coffee in the area, I give them one star and I Think it's too much.
