Coffee is good but the seating area could use some attention. Brown fabric chairs are kind of disgusting and dirty. Ceiling vents need cleaning. Good location.

Last three times I've been here, there has been a line (even though the cafe was empty) and I've seen multiple people just leave. Their efficiency in serving customers is awful, several people have to wait for just a hot coffee while the large complicated orders ahead are addressed first.

I walked out without completing my order on May 3 in the morning. The young men at the service counter were extremely rude to me. One insulted me while the others laughed. I have patronized this Biggby for years, but never again.

I love Biggby. Drinks are great, service is friendly, offers a lot of coupons.
Every time I go here, something is wrong. I don’t understand what is wrong with a couple of the employees at this location. They act like they don’t care. Such as this morning. Every time I get a latte, they forget to put the espresso in it, or the syrup. Then everyone I get a breakfast sandwich, it always has cream cheese when we request no cream cheese. The amount of money I have spent here, is ridiculous for the terrible service.
