We frequent different Culver's A LOT. This Okemos Rd one is by far the best of them all! Food is always hot and fresh, and the staff goes above and beyond with their friendliness and customer service. It is always a great experience, and in the case that our order wasn't accurate one time, they went beyond to make it right with us.

Go an order wrong came back with proof and showed what went wrong. They gave me and my father's next order on the house. That's great business and how it should be handled. Good cooked warm. Manners above all else leads to professionalism and Culvers does it better than dang bear everyone. Cheers to a great staff.

I usually visit the south side Culver's on Pennsylvania Avenue. But I'd just gotten off the highway and the Jolly Road exit (11) was closed. So I took the Okemos exit and it was immediately off of the highway. The customer service at the South Lansing is quite good, but this location is even better. Food was equally as good as the South side. Great job!!;
