1 out of 5 Absolutely the Worst Culver’s Experience Ever This is hands down the worst Culver’s I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to plenty. The cheese curds are consistently cold, like they’ve been sitting out for hours. The buns on the burgers? A soft, soggy disaster that fall apart on contact, mixing into the meat with a gross, mushy texture. It’s honestly disgusting I tried to wash it all down with a Powerade, but guess what? It tasted like straight salt water. Beyond unacceptable.And let’s talk about service the woman working the front counter had filthy fingernails and looked completely out of it. No offense, but she gave off some serious “not fit to be serving food” energy. Not professional at all.This location is a chaotic mess from top to bottom. The wait times are ridiculous, and after all that, you still get served cold, soggy “butterburgers.” They clearly need to hire more competent adult staff who actually care about what they’re doing Do yourself a favor and go to the Lansing location or even the one on Okemos Road. Avoid the Times Square Culver’s if you want your food fresh, your drink drinkable, and your experience tolerable.

I've eaten here before and it was good, but today it this evening the food was trash. My milkshake wasn't made properly and it had a weird smell. The bread on my burger was smashed. The fries tasted old. I'm very disappointed with the experience. I'll think twice about coming here.

Just ordered for pickup and day for 10 minutes before going in myself. The manager didn't even apologize or anything. Consistently I get things with the modifications wrong. Not impressive
