I paid 22 dollars today for rapid onset diarrhea. Workers were really nice though. Also don’t get the concrete mixers, they’re just melted ice cream.

Order was wrong but it was redone. Thankfully we ate inside so I caught the mistake. Usually I drive through and am angry when I get to the food. The concrete mixers are expensive and I get a custom mixer which is often messed up. I have learned to check before driving away. We travel lots and this Culvers on Marsh rd is the worst. I go to others as much as I can

Best burger I've had in a long-time the bun was so fluffy. The fries were fresh and hot and the custard was very creamy. 10/10 food and the workers were nice. I remember specifically Sebastian.

One of the most disappointing Culver's experiences I've ever had. Typically there are no problems when I go to any culver's this one. However, I was parked for much longer than a couple other cars and when my food finally came out the receipt said refire on it, which I'm guessing they messed up my order or gave it to somebody else by mistake so they had to remake it. The burgers were okay. They don't put the little wrap or Burger diaper on them like other locations and they were assembled like McDonald's burgers where the patties are not lined up and they're not on the bun. They're kind of spread out inside of the carton which is off-brand for Culver's and then the fries looked like they were decent but they tasted burned like they haven't cleaned their oil or they have something burnt inside of their fryer that's making all the fries taste burned. I was sorely disappointed with my experience at this particular Culver's good thing I was just passing through because if this was the one closest to me I doubt I would want to return.

Had a curbside order on 5/8/25 at 2:30 pm. Arrived at the store and waited for 30 minutes for them to give it to me. They did not, and I was unable to leave my car due to a leg injury. At 3:28 pm, the store called asking if I was coming to pick it up, I said No because I could no longer wait and had to continue my day. Tried to file a dispute with my card and Culver's would not refund the money.

Ordered a meal with a side of a second burger. Both burgers were supposed to have ketchup, mustard and mayo. Neither did. Bone dry. Added grilled onions to both burgers and both had barely on them. Usually enjoy a Culvers meal on occasion, but this was disappointing.
