“This is my first review while waiting for breakfast to be made. Let me start by saying, the greeting was so warm and inviting. The restaurant smelled like grandmas kitchen before you even walked through the door. My fiance and I have tried to come before on our days off on the weekend and they have always been super busy and packed. Weekends understandably are busier. So this time we came on my day off during the week. The coffee is Amazing as is the fresh pressed orange juice. I can't wait to eat breakfast this morning. Our waitress Sonoma is very kind, attentive and helpful.

I highly recommend coming during the week day if your busy on the weekends and don't have a lot of time to wait. Our food just arrived and I will update later 😇 The food was excellent 👌🏽 Chefs kiss 🤌🏽“

“We stopped in for a family dinner and had a mostly great experience. The staff was absolutely fantastic—everyone was so friendly, helpful, and efficient from the moment we walked in. I ordered the Buffalo Ranch Mac, and it was delicious; perfectly creamy with a great spicy kick. A huge plus was that my daughter absolutely loved her kids' meal, which is always a win for parents!
The only downsides were that my wife wasn't a huge fan of her meal, she just didn't love the flavors. The other issue was that all of the high chairs were visibly dirty, and we had to hunt for the cleanest one and wipe it down ourselves.
Overall, thanks to the wonderful staff and my great meal, it was a positive visit. We would come back, but hope to see a bit more attention paid to cleaning the family seating areas.“

“Our high school golf team was in town for a tournament and I ordered pizza from Blaze. The door dash driver went to the wrong address/only picked up half our order. I called and talked to Anthony at Blaze. He was super friendly and professional. He remade our order free of charge and gave us some cookies for the inconvenience. It was not his fault whatsoever. I was very impressed with his customer service. He didn't owe us anything. It is rare to get solid customer service anywhere. I would order from them again.“

The employees were incredibly kind and helpful to me (as it was my first time ever visiting a frozen yogurt shop. “On Saturday, 9-14-24 @ 12:30 a.m., my family and friends were hungry and called all around for a place to deliver pizza. I had a houseful of people watching UFC and boxing simultaneously. I called Happy's Pizza, which is less than 1 mile from the house, and they said the driver is done, but we could do pickup. Of course, no one wanted to go get it. I ran across Cottage Inn, and the young lady asked for my address and asked, "What would you like?" I was so happy! We all were. The pizza arrived within a 1/2 hr. It was hot! Same with the bone in wings, and they threw in garlic breadsticks! Because they were closing. Thank you, Cottage Inn for feeding a house full of hungry guys. You truly came through. The food is good, it arrived hot, it arrived even though it was late at night, what more could a mom ask for? ?“

“Our first time here today. There was a bit of a wait, as to be expected during their first week being open. I took that wait time as an opportunity to ask the staff about their allergy menu. My son (2 yrs old) has egg and peanut allergies so we have to be careful. The staff acknowledged my concerns and immediately got the manager up front so we could discuss safe options for my son. He answered every question then even after we we were seated he reassured us of the safe menu options. our server *Michelle* also went out of her way to make sure the cook staff was aware of our sons allergies and checked up on us multiple times. The food was AMAZING, the staff was awesome. We will definitely be back. We've been to multiple establishments and have been disappointed because the lack of consideration for a toddler with food allergies. It's overwhelming and scary for parents to carry that burden. When staff goes out of their way to make sure your child is safe... that's a whole other level of awesome. I hope you all are very successful with this new business“

“Awesome customer service! We didn’t read the whole description and my son’s had cheese on it. My son doesn’t like cheese, when I went to the counter to order a new one that I planned on buying. They offered to make him a new one free of charge. We will be back, thank you for being so great!“
