“I came for my birthday brunch, food was good and are our waitress was great and friendly. The bathrooms were very cold but the rest of the place felt fine. The sad part is that I lost my brand new beanie hat here. 😞 I hope whoever took it really needed it…“

“The food is good. I had the Tortelloni with shrimp. It is obviously mostly a takeout place. The dining room is consistently a mess. The atmosphere is fine but the cleanliness is typical of post COVID restaurants. I'm sure lack of staff is too blame.“

“The food was delicious and everything we ordered tasted amazing! Our server was amazing but I wasn't too fond of the manager walking around yelling at all his employees who were busting their butts trying to provide the best service to the customers. I've worked in restaurants for about 10 years now and I know things can get frustrating during dinner rushes. But being the owner of the restaurant and treating your employees so poorly while you have customers trying to eat isn't ideal. I watched this guy yell at all his cooks and servers. Also was rude to a server about a chair when they didn't know said chair wasn't allowed in the outside seating area. I really hope this manager takes the extra steps to pull people aside and be discreet when addressing something instead of causing a scene like we saw tonight. Other then that, we enjoyed this restaurant and the food!“

“OHHHH MY! Literally the best cupcakes I have ever had. I bought four different flavors and a small red velvet cake and ALL of them would fool someone who doesn’t even have celiac. Thank you for your customer service and amazing cakes.“

Not only did he come over to deliver my drink and show us a cool trick, but he kept checking on us throughout the meal and went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. “I love Blaze Pizza! You walk up to the counter and the process begins. Pick your sauce, cheese, toppings and spices. You can see them put it in the brick oven. The whole restaurant smells delicious! In less than 10 minutes, you have a piping hot personal pizza! It's my favorite pizzareria!“

“Our first time here today. There was a bit of a wait, as to be expected during their first week being open. I took that wait time as an opportunity to ask the staff about their allergy menu. My son (2 yrs old) has egg and peanut allergies so we have to be careful. The staff acknowledged my concerns and immediately got the manager up front so we could discuss safe options for my son. He answered every question then even after we we were seated he reassured us of the safe menu options. our server *Michelle* also went out of her way to make sure the cook staff was aware of our sons allergies and checked up on us multiple times. The food was AMAZING, the staff was awesome. We will definitely be back. We've been to multiple establishments and have been disappointed because the lack of consideration for a toddler with food allergies. It's overwhelming and scary for parents to carry that burden. When staff goes out of their way to make sure your child is safe... that's a whole other level of awesome. I hope you all are very successful with this new business“

“On Saturday, 9-14-24 @ 12:30 a.m., my family and friends were hungry and called all around for a place to deliver pizza. I had a houseful of people watching UFC and boxing simultaneously. I called Happy's Pizza, which is less than 1 mile from the house, and they said the driver is done, but we could do pickup. Of course, no one wanted to go get it. I ran across Cottage Inn, and the young lady asked for my address and asked, "What would you like?" I was so happy! We all were. The pizza arrived within a 1/2 hr. It was hot! Same with the bone in wings, and they threw in garlic breadsticks! Because they were closing. Thank you, Cottage Inn for feeding a house full of hungry guys. You truly came through. The food is good, it arrived hot, it arrived even though it was late at night, what more could a mom ask for? ?“

“Awesome customer service! We didn’t read the whole description and my son’s had cheese on it. My son doesn’t like cheese, when I went to the counter to order a new one that I planned on buying. They offered to make him a new one free of charge. We will be back, thank you for being so great!“
