I attended High Caliber Karting and Entertainment Center as part of an adult birthday celebration, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
When purchasing our activity tickets, we were greeted by employees who were unorganized, unprofessional, and created immediate chaos for our group. We drove 30 minutes to get there and attempted to ride and the disrespectful employee (hiding behind the counter) began representing the company in such a deplorable manner. would've gladly returned when a booked party didn't have the place essentially closed to the public, had it not been for the jerk acting as though he were the 'gatekeeper' at Heavens Gates.
