I have ordered my last pizza from Marco's in Okemos. The quality of the food is terrible. Whenever I order extra sauce, I get no sauce. Delivery takes forever, and my recent order was stone cold when it arrived. I'm done, no more Marco's for me.

There's a current special going on with half off specialty pizzas. Ordered the pizza yesterday at noon and tipped ahead. Went to pick up my order a couple hours later and got home. Open our boxes of pizzas to literally see a third of the pizza is crust. I'm not kidding and I wish I was exaggerating. My first slice was literally 1/3 of crust, the next third with sauce and cheese, and the bottom third was the one that actually had toppings. I think what angered me is the fact that I tipped $10 ahead already with my order, than for me to get all my three pizzas to basically be a third or half crust and cheese. The reason why I gave a 3 out of 5 star is because this is my second time ordering from this place. The first time was probably 6+ mths ago but the pizzas were fine then. Maybe it was just the worker that day? I am so disappointed.

Crust was ridiculously thin (didn't order thin crust) and didn't have much cheese. Ordered garlic crust but didn't have any hint of it on there.

Ordered delivery tonight, on a Friday, and everything was made right and quickly. Took between 20-30 minutes to receive my food which was awesome. The pizzas tasted great and were accurate and cheap. My only complaint is they use canned rather than fresh mushrooms but it was still good!

I called the store because your rewards don't work online a few days ago an employee was able to type it in and then when I called a few days later the woman she was a general manager gave me nothing but a hard time she was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. I had ordered from you regularly and I'm a very good tipper so I guess the owner loses Business and the drivers lose money. The first timeI was treated so poorly and the general manager good luck on keeping good customers with that kind of service I will not eat at any Marco's again. The other thing she wouldn't give her because I was going to call corporate. I have never been that disrespected my suggestion eat anywhere but there Sir it doesn't let give feedback. It just goes right to ordering. The website is really messed up

This was our first time having marcos in probably 20years. We moved and it was not available to us. I ordered online and picked it up on my way home. The parking lot is weird and kinda tight but that's not on them. Staff was very friendly and the pizza was good. We like the flavor crust option and it wasn't overpowering. Will definitely be getting pizza here more often if they keep doing what they are doing.

The new online ordering system does not work in the slightest, the "customer survey" option just brings you to the ordering page, so there's no way to provide feedback. Why do I receive an email for curb side pick up stating to click a button to inform the staff that "I'm here" with make and model, color of vehicle if the staff won't bring it out for curbside drop off?
