I came in here and the gentlemen offered us their menus, the menus seem to be outdated and had multiple stains on them, I don’t usually mind this sort of stuff but when eating I don’t want anything dirty to touch my hands before I eat. Also the waiter took an extremely long time coming to us to grab our order, once we did receive our pakora it was so burnt, I asked the waiter why it was so burnt and he said that’s how it’s supposed to be. I’ve been to many Indian restaurant and their pakora is golden and not dark burnt. I’m sorry but this place just seems to be putting out food without checking quality.

I absolutely love Indian food and wanted to love this place. In fact I've tried three times. The food has good flavor, but the buffet bar is so cold it makes me wonder about food safety. I am generally not someone who needs boiling hot food, but at these temperatures, I'm surprised they've passed the health inspection. If the temp is increased, I'd give prob 5 stars. All three times the restaurant has been almost empty except for my family. Staff has been pretty friendly.
The meat quality is poor; it smells like old chicken and blood. They also use too much food coloring in the appetizers.

The staff was extremely rude and impatient with me when I was literally the only person the restaurant. I was there to pick up two Uber eats orders and was the only person in the restaurant and the staff was still rude to me. When all I did was give the names of the orders and they told me to sit down and I needed to wait and be patient.

I experienced the most belligerent and unprofessional behavior from both the staff and even the owner of this restaurant. When I shared an honest concern about the burnt tandoori chicken I received in my takeout order, instead of listening or trying to make it right, I was met with outright rudeness.
Forget about an apology or compensation—what I got instead was hostility. Their response was to tell me never to come back. That’s how they treat customers who dare to give them honest feedback.
This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. If you value respect and basic courtesy, avoid this place. If it were possible, I’d rate them zero stars.

Happened to notice thus place on the way to another appointment and decided to stop by on the way home. They closed at 3pm and we got there just after 2pm. They gave us great service and the food was amazing. Will definitely go back.

The fish and shrimp tandoor I tried here was very worst. I think the restaurant should improve the style of making it and also should learn better way of preparing it.
Too much fed up with the service guy and also the owner who replied very disrespectful.
This should be my last experience with Paradise.
And people don’t encourage these kind of restaurants anymore.
And they don't treat customers well as I said earlier its a worst experience and bad rated restaurant.

We had 2 types of biryanis today and both are same with just 2 pieces difference. The biryani is full of color and i picked up just 30 min after order as instructed on phone and it was too cold. It doesnt seem to be todays food.Food is full of color.

Great food and gets out fast but service is a touch slow. We have always had a problem with getting food that is MUCH less spicy than ordered. If you like spice then order hot hot because even hot is unnoticeable.

Buffet is 20$ plus tax. Only chicken meat for the buffet , no goat or fish or shrimp. Not too bad. Not too good either. Mild spiced up for catering American spice levels. If you want Indian spice, order ala carte. Decent one for the price. The masala tea is amazing. Very few Indian buffet places around.
