I tried the Boneless Chicken Biryani and my friend had the Old City Chicken Biryani. We both really liked the food. It was tasty and very satisfying. Definitely a good place for biryani.

Ok food. Provide water bottles but charge 50 cents. Thats good, I am always vary of restaurant water. Less options than in the menu. Atmosphere has changed. Looks like they prefer to go orders

I ordered food on 12/29 and it took an hour and a half to get my to go order. I was sent a text that it was ready, I showed up ten minutes later and it was not ready. I waited another 35 minutes at the restaurant. There were only 2 tables and 4 other people waiting for a to go order. I want to support your business but this wait time is unacceptable. At lease call me that it will be late.

Bad service, slow and nasty food. We told them to bring the food together but nope, they decided to bring the lamb biryani (which was nasty) and 45 minutes later bring the butter chicken. We also told the guy to bring rice with it too at the same time but no. We wait another 5 minutes just for the rice to come. Also, when he was bringing the naan that was on the verge of falling off, he decides to use his pants to try holding the naan while one falls on the ground. Please do not come to this restaurant even if it is close-by this one takes forever and their only excuse is it’s “busy” even though it’s empty.

Easily the worst Indian meal I’ve ever had. The chicken was terrible & felt like just cartilage and skin - curry sauce was runny and had little taste. I had to leave, but not without paying over $30 per person (1 main & 1 side). Had to leave as it was almost inedible.
Do not come here!

It was a great restaurant for Biryani but now they use food coloring in it, which wasn’t the case before or atleast not so evident. Will stop coming here

I came in here and the gentlemen offered us their menus, the menus seem to be outdated and had multiple stains on them, I don’t usually mind this sort of stuff but when eating I don’t want anything dirty to touch my hands before I eat. Also the waiter took an extremely long time coming to us to grab our order, once we did receive our pakora it was so burnt, I asked the waiter why it was so burnt and he said that’s how it’s supposed to be. I’ve been to many Indian restaurant and their pakora is golden and not dark burnt. I’m sorry but this place just seems to be putting out food without checking quality.

I absolutely love Indian food and wanted to love this place. In fact I've tried three times. The food has good flavor, but the buffet bar is so cold it makes me wonder about food safety. I am generally not someone who needs boiling hot food, but at these temperatures, I'm surprised they've passed the health inspection. If the temp is increased, I'd give prob 5 stars. All three times the restaurant has been almost empty except for my family. Staff has been pretty friendly.
The meat quality is poor; it smells like old chicken and blood. They also use too much food coloring in the appetizers.

The staff was extremely rude and impatient with me when I was literally the only person the restaurant. I was there to pick up two Uber eats orders and was the only person in the restaurant and the staff was still rude to me. When all I did was give the names of the orders and they told me to sit down and I needed to wait and be patient.

I experienced the most belligerent and unprofessional behavior from both the staff and even the owner of this restaurant. When I shared an honest concern about the burnt tandoori chicken I received in my takeout order, instead of listening or trying to make it right, I was met with outright rudeness.
Forget about an apology or compensation—what I got instead was hostility. Their response was to tell me never to come back. That’s how they treat customers who dare to give them honest feedback.
This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. If you value respect and basic courtesy, avoid this place. If it were possible, I’d rate them zero stars.
