Got a carryout since they recently re-added their smoked chicken wings and they also have fish tacos for Lent. The wings were great. The only thing is they forgot my sauce but they were delicious plain. The fish tacos are really good and unique. Instead of the usual slaw-like stuff in some fish tacos, they use a mango-tomato-onion type of salsa that is really good.

The young lady at the counter was a huge help. We came for a birthday get-together and this young lady put tables together, helped with orders.....great!!!

We got the dinner for 5, brisket and ribs, with Mac-n-cheese and cole slaw. Brisket is always good (that's why we go to Saddleback) and the ribs were awesome!

I made a delivery order. Food was good. Website is Aweful when ordering. Confusing. I ended up with 4 drinks instead of 2, 2 extra coleslaw, and 2 extra full orders of french fries. Confusing and I wasted a lot of food and drink.

We ordered the burnt end burrito and the deviled eggs. The burnt end burrito was much better than last year. I loved it both times but enjoyed it more this year. I'm not sure if you have made a change or it was just me. Love your food!

The pulled pork sandwich was packed with tender, flavorful pork and topped with a creamy coleslaw that seemed to be a new, improved recipe—perfectly complementing the sandwich. The fries were seasoned just right, and the portions were generous. My order was hot and ready for pickup right on time. A great meal all around!

I ordered the 50 wings for $50 special. The advertisement for it showed plump chicken wings. I ordered 6 days before the Lions game. The day before, you guys sent me an email saying the wings would be "slightly different". They ended up being a quarter of the size of your regular wings. You guys threw in 10 extra wings and some unseasoned and undercooked potato chips as a consolation. I still felt ripped off. The wings you sourced would still be over priced at 50 cents a piece. You lost a customer with this stunt.

Look, i love me some saddleback in the past, but it's been rough. Portions have gotten small, the sample platters are weak, im sorry but other bbq places have adjusted to "inflation" but saddlecrack has not....
