Saddleback BBQ Okemos

Some of the absolute worst barbeque I've ever experienced we received yesterday. The chicken was overcooked. The pulled pork was so cooked it seemed fiberous. Even when I was first learning to bbq I couldn't manage to produce such a terrible product.

We ordered a large catering order and waited to get it. Finally got hold of someone at the restaurant after leaving many messages and were told they didn’t have a driver. Did they call to tell us this? NO! Terrible customer service! Unbelievable. Don’t order catering from them!

if give 5 stars but they started cutting meat thicker then slicing in half. If that continues they will lose me as a weekly friday customer. My dbl. brisket Friday was horrible and hard to eat. hope it's not how their gonna continue to cut it or they'll lose more customers. That's not how u cut brisket, was literally ridiculous and fed half my order to my dog. Sorry Saddleback might just be a new guy , cause 3 weeks ago brisket great, but last 2 times was awful

Great ribs. Half rack at $26 is on the high side but it has not gone up in a year. And worth it too.

The brisket is always extremely dry and the tacos were super disappointing. Husband got a big bone in his pulled pork sandwich. We've given them a shot several times thinking that maybe we just had a bad experience, but that's all we've had were bad experiences.

Wife and I both got food poisoning after getting carryout last night. Ribs were awful, just bland shredded meat pressed onto a bone. Brisket was dry and tough. For over $100 I would have been disappointed even if we didn't get violently sick.

The food was amazing, everything I got from the pulled pork sandwich to the mac and cheese and fries was delicious. The best part of this new restaurant is the customer service from the moment I walked through the door we were met with smiles. Everyone was so kinda making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend, wonderful place for food.

It is bad when it costs 2 people to eat $50 for a meal and the only thing good is the baked beans. Brisket and pulled pork were so dry I could have used them as nakins.What a disappointment!

The portion sizes are way too small and have no flavor, it is also very expensive. Also the sides sucked the Mac and cheese tasted like worst then Kraft Mac and cheese some of the worsts bbq I have ever had.

I did a mobile order. Food was ready when I arrived and it was hot.
