I heard the hype, decided to try a bite. Ordered the tenders 3 piece combo. Received my soda, waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru for cold fries, soggy bread, BUT the tenders were piping hot. ZERO communication from the staff till 15 mins later, when my food arrived. "hey sorry for the wait" Nothing, I won't return.

I ordered food via UberEats, and when I realized the driver was running very behind to the restaurant, I called to see if they would delay preparing my food so it would be warm when it got to me. They told me it was already done 20 minutes before the driver showed up, and that it would be fine because they keep it warm, so I took their word for it. The food was not fine, it was cold, gross, and inedible. For the prices at this place, this was a wildly disappointing experience. I would not recommend getting food delivered from here.

The price to food ratio is all wrong. The food is good and they even have a good vegetarian falafel option but 4 dollars for a super tiny slider that a normal person can easily eat 4 of just crazy. I am not going to spend 16 dollars plus tax for a fast food meal. If the price point changed, I would visit again. I would pay $2.50 max each.

This was our first time visiting this establishment. We will never return. My wife ordered BOX 3 and requested the slider with COD. Upon receiving our meal, my wife bit into her slider and realized they gave her chicken instead. There was a young woman employee on the floor. We called her over to explain that we ordered COD and received Chicken. I showed the receipt indicating we ordered COD. The employee than proceeded to investigate whether the meat was COD or chicken...
She indicated she needed to verify the receipt at the register. A few moments later she came back with another employee to re-verify that the meat in the slider was Chicken. Both employee's agreed and finally after 5 minutes remade our sandwich.
We have never been so insulted at a restaurant, ever. It was a $3.99 slider....remake the damn thing correctly and move on. Why does it take 2 employee's to verify the meat and that the receipt was correct. The employee's at this location made us feel like we where trying to cheat y'all out of $4 sandwich.
At the end it just wasn't worth it. The food is sub-par quality and doesn't distinguish it self out compared to anyone else. If I'm going to spend $42 on food, I'm better off going across the street to Cracker Barrel where I'm not disrespected and I'm treated with quality service.
Worst experience ever.

Dine in food was served in boxes. Feels very wasteful. Way too much packaging waste. Sliders are good. Longer than expected time in the drive through lane. Feels a little like paying full price for half a burger.

Fries with cajun seasoning and boom chicken slider tasted great! Banana pudding shake was ok - very yellow, very artificial-y tasting banana. Staff were very kind and helpful. Decent on time I got my food.
Three of my last four orders have been incorrect. I have had to throw my sliders out each time, after waiting over 15 minutes in the drive through to get my order and spending over $17/person for our food. I keep giving them another shot and every time I leave disappointed and hungry.

I just stopped in here last night to grab some chicken tenders to go. Also got Boom sauce to go with them. Pretty good, kind of expensive, not the best chicken I've ever had but it's up there. Service was great, food was hot.

The food was good, the portions were kinda small though. Only thing I didn’t appreciate was that they don’t tell you there’s a service fee for using a credit card just so everyone knows that!

Was a supposed to be a quick stop driving home from a wedding. We rolled in at about 12:00 to a mostly empty sit down area, we placed our orders and sat down. We were then treated to a 30+ minute wait for our food with out any expectations nor apology for the wait prior to me talking to the manager Chuck whom also provided zero apology when i brought up the the long wait and that they cooked my bacon into charcoal while also giving me a very cold egg, only asking if I'd like a refund or for them to remake it. I do understand that they stated they were understaffed but to have zero urgency nor zero customer service when issues were brought up is what has made me upset enough to post this.
