The boba is good but the guy who was working was a huge jerk. I forgot to add tip and went down, and he yelled at me to finish. Don’t go here if you hate being yelled at or disrespected

The tea is always great which is why it’s getting the two stars. My issue is with the guy who was working there today when I stopped by. He came out from the back and threw something down in the sink. He came up and asked what we would like. I ordered mine and my boyfriend tried to order his after me. He was very rudely told to wait then asked “you wanted the same thing” still very rudely. After ordering i went back to ask him if he heard the boba I wanted right because I thought I heard him say the wrong one. He said He heard something else and kinda brushed me off but made our drinks correct, But kinda threw our straws at us on the counter. The drinks were great but throuh out the whole he was Very rude and it felt as though he did not want us there. I will not be returning when he is working.

Tea was watered down and fairly flavorless. Boba was as well. There was only one person there and I'm sure she did her best but she was gone somewhere in the back for over 5 minutes too. Then she got hit by like 4 other customers so we didn't even get our orders for 20 minutes. I got the Jasmine tea and sister got the taro. Used to love this place. It was really good tea. So I gave it couple tries after it started being not good. This was the third. I will NOT be going back again. Idk if they changed ownership in the last few years but for about three years now it has been so bad that I wouldn't pay $1 for their tea. I would seek tea elsewhere if I was you. I know we will from now on.

Make sure to order the larger size. I didn't look at the sizes and ordered a medium. Got the tarro green tea. Was super tasty but the medium was so small. It felt like 5 sips and it was over.

Giving one star for service. We were at the store at 7:50 pm so TEN minutes before closing. The lady was extremely rude and was very unprofessional. I could tell she was super upset as her face ballooned to a bright red. I never heard someone make as aloud noise opening a trash bag in my life. I also think the tea is okay I would recommend going to another place like koi tea or Koala which have better survive by miles and better tea.

Was disappointed that they didn't have but only 2 choices if boba popping bubbles
