I ordered 2 Bahamas and the staff messed it up and added something else it was a very unpleasant experience it was dirty and the staff there on attentive and distant this was the first time eating here and I will NOT be coming back waste of time.

As I was ordering I watched as two workers messed up a girls drink and were laughing about it and said “shh don’t say anything”. The girl noticed and politely told them it wasn’t cool that they were going to give her a messed up drink. She then asked for silverware and a girl threw it at her instead of handing it to her. The food and drinks might’ve been good but the service isn’t. It’s giving very much mean girl energy in this place.

Hair tie found in food. Never had a problem with this location, but when I picked up my food today, I bit into my flatbread and felt rubber, and there was a hair tie. Just gross.

Delicious tasting smoothies!

I called tropical smoothie to ask about ingredients in their Mango Monsoon smoothie - I ended up speaking with Steven, the GM and he read off the ingredients to me. Turns out I’m allergic to something in it so he went through all the smoothies on the menu that wouldn’t contain that ingredient. I ended up choosing an island green, no sugar, add blueberries!He didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience at all - it was so refreshing to call a restaurant and have someone NOT treat my allergies like an inconvenience. Thank you Steven!

Wonderful staff best smoothie so far ??

Ordered LITERALLY ONE THING from DoorDash, got to the store 15-20 minutes later saying it was ready, it wasn’t. Employees didn’t ask what my order was nor did they even speak/notice me. Probably never going here again

Wish they would give you the edible straw every time you order it instead of whenever they feel like it. I've ordered it 7 times ad got it once

Worst customer service at 3490 Okemos Rd Suite E, Okemos, MI 48864.The agents working at the store are rude and not helping customers. They are not knowledgeable and embarrassing customers by letting customers wait longer.
