Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I came in with my MIL several days ago, who only speaks a few words in English, as she is visiting from Europe. The young lady who took our order made us feel beyond welcomed, as she greeted us with a smile and quickly recognized and understood my MIL’s native language. It was incredible, seeing her face break out into a smile. She brought up the experience today, and I didn’t realize how meaningful a simple smoothie stop was to her. This location has been the best customer service we’ve experienced!

We got 2 Acai bowls. Both had a good amount of fruit, toppings, etc. We were very satisfied overall.

Very unimpressed. Rude employees. I had to repeat myself multiple times, the smoothie was good but for all the trouble I'll just go to Smoothie King.

The store itself is great. They are nice folks and quick. I haven't interacted a ton.
Sadly the smoothies are expensive!

I ordered 2 Bahamas and the staff messed it up and added something else it was a very unpleasant experience it was dirty and the staff there on attentive and distant this was the first time eating here and I will NOT be coming back waste of time.

As I was ordering I watched as two workers messed up a girls drink and were laughing about it and said “shh don’t say anything”. The girl noticed and politely told them it wasn’t cool that they were going to give her a messed up drink. She then asked for silverware and a girl threw it at her instead of handing it to her. The food and drinks might’ve been good but the service isn’t. It’s giving very much mean girl energy in this place.

Hair tie found in food. Never had a problem with this location, but when I picked up my food today, I bit into my flatbread and felt rubber, and there was a hair tie. Just gross.
