Does not accept cash. Very rude. They do accept cash for tips. Ended up leaving.

If you like sweet wine, I would definitely recommend this place! The staff was amazing!

Leelanau Cellars has been a favorite of our family for well over a decade. The tasting room no longer has ANY of the fruit wines or bubbles for tasting or by the glass. Why drive out here when we can no longer enjoy what we have grown to love in their newer products. Don't need to shop at the tasting room as apparently it is all shifted to Meijer. Saddest day and a huge disappointment.

We went here on a wine tour bus and it was a treat! Scott was amazing at explaining wines and a breath of fresh air to start the day! This was our favorite winery we stopped at for the trip. Each wine had a unique taste and there wasn't a single one we didn't like. Also the bottles were soooo affordable!! A must visit.

Great wine, awesome tastings! The staff are super attentive and knowledgeable in their wine. Always a stop for us when we are in town. Have not had anyone at the tasting area that's less than great but Mark is exceptional!!

The service we had, Mark, was amazing here, the best we had the whole trip. Not to mention, there wines were great, with a large variety. They also had wines that weren't made from only grapes which was unique.

We had a great time at Leelanau Wine Cellars! Beautiful view right on the bay. But the best thing was the service we had. Mark helped us through our tasting, guiding us through the list and recommending selections with stories on each wine. We have always enjoyed a LWC wine that we had found in stores; however, this tasting room is special as you can buy wines not found in stores. We left with a case. We'll be sure to make a stop next time we're near!

Big shout out to Matthew and the team at LWC. We visited LWC for a wine tasting in 2021 and came away with a pair of really nice tasting glasses. Recently,, while washing one of the glasses, it slipped out of my hand and broke. I emailed LWC asking if it was possible to obtain a replacement. They responded within a few hours that they would be happy to replace it. I was so pleased by their immediate willingness to try and accommodate me that I ended up ordering a half a case of wine as well! This is what great customer service feels like!

We stopped by here for a tasting and everything we tried was very good. The prices are amazing too and only around $10 a bottle. Tastings were only $5 and free earlier in the week. The winery is right on the coast so the view is beautiful.

Very good and unique wines. They even have fruit wine made from other fruits besides grapes. Some surprisingly tasty fall wine, and a beautiful view make this place one of our favorites. The lady behind the bar was very nice too.

Not bad

By far the best of the wine tastings we toured in the area. Sue was very engaging and knowledgeable. We caught the free tasting Mon-wed. Smart marketing. We bought some good wine! Will definitely come back when we are in the area.

No crackers to cleans the palette between tastings.
