A gem from another era! I spooned this place driving through the Irish Hills for the first time and wow! So many options - avalanches, milkshakes, Malta, sundaes, so many toppings even chocolate shell and lucky charms marshmallows! Don’t drive past this place without stopping!
As someone who works at an ice cream shop that sells Ashby's, I thought they had a good range of flavors and lots of interesting and yummy looking options for everyone. Generous portions, yummy food, and a nice area to sit and eat your ice cream with your family! Check it out for sure! (I tried the key lime flavor, one I haven't had before, and I thought it was really good!)
It's the Dairy Bar! Great location. Dairy Bar "Open" means summer is "ON"! Multi-generation establishment. Staff = young people entering the "workforce" under solid leadership and guidance. It can be busy, but fun and always worthwhile.
