Was recommended to stop here for an alcoholic beverage and dinner once we arrived to Ontonagon. It was a busy Friday night and the hubby and I were lucky enough to get a spot at the bar. I ordered the shrimp dinner and he got a burger. Both very happy with our food. The service was great and the owner even came out and said hello which is always so nice. The only thing I would say is that my husband kept trying to order local Michigan beers (as we traveled from Wisconsin and don't see these beers often), however the bar was out of stock if a lot of things that were displayed on the bar. Otherwise it was great!

I wasn't sure about this place, but my sister and niece talked me into it. Waitress/bartender was very busy taking drink and food orders. Then trying to get the food out, once done, out in a timely manner. I would go there maybe during the week and not when it's so busy on a football Sunday.

Happened to stumble upon this little gem after being in the backcountry for several days. A perfect landing spot for an AMAZING BURGER, beer, bloody, crazy good cheeses curds and FANTASTIC SERVICE, thanks to John the bartender. You can tell this is a local joint and I absolutely loved it! I will be returning!
Worst nacho around! Waitress never even came to check on us see how food was my drink sat empty.. the nacho chips were bare , he put a hunk of cold liquid cheese in the middle . It was terrible I did not even eat it but surely paid for it! Ridiculous to charge 12.00 for chips n cheese basically. Disappointed, dissatisfied...

I ordered a cheesy mushroom chicken sandwich. It said lettuce and tomato available by request. They charged me extra for the cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Cheese is literally in the description. It did not say that anywhere on the menu. Also charged me 6.50 for French fries. Kind of felt underhanded.

This place has the best Cuban sandwich I have ever had, anywhere. Order that! People are friendly, and there is a full bar. Nice place for dinner.
