Amazing food! I ordered the Syls Burger and it was absolutely delicious it comes with a magical special sauce that does a little happy dance on your tastebuds. I also totally recommend the jalapeno poppers they explode in your mouth with a crazy good flavor and an awesome mix of spice and cream cheese! The wings looked so good I thought I was going to pass out I had to literally tie my hands together to stop myself from stealing one off my friends plate!
So good I went two days in a row. First day I had the pasty... incredible. I recommend the pasty if you're looking for a cheap way to fill your belly and your soul. The next day I had their wings. Genuinely the best wings I've had in my life. The breading was immaculate and the chicken was so juicy and tender it slipped right off the bone. The two waitresses that helped our table were incredibly kind and attentive. Eat at Syl's if you are in Ontonagon I beg you.
Stopped by once for lunch and once for dinner while visiting the Porkies. Between my son and I we had a pastie, which was excellent, a turkey/wild rice/cranberry sandwich, which was excellent, a Frisco Melt, which was very good, and an Italian Sandwich on Sourdough, which was amazing. Service was quick and friendly. It was busy but not packed during both of our visits, and we were seated quickly upon arrival.
