Good manager and service but preposterous up-charges, most options were out of stock, and 4 out of 6 workers stood intoxicated and motionless while two worked. No trash can in the counter, trash just falls onto the concrete. Decent price and flavor, which is excellent for the location.

We stopped by this Chipotle after leaving Great Lakes Crossing — the kids were hungry after selling my daughter’s Nintendo Switches at GameStop, so we needed something quick before heading out.

It was pretty busy when we got there, and there was a line, but we waited and it moved along. The staff were clearly working through it — not the fastest because of the rush, but they kept things going.

We ended up getting 5 kids build-your-own...

Chipotle Mexican Grill never disappoints. Great food, great service, and super convenient every time I stop in.

Everything is always fresh, made quickly, and the team is consistently fast and very friendly. It’s one of the easiest go-to spots when you want something reliable and satisfying.

Always a great experience — highly recommend!
