The food is fine, but they advertise a NY pizza, but it's NEVER cut correctly! Two of my last 3 orders were cut like regular pizza (defeating the purpose of ordering this style), and the last time I had two large pieces and 4 small pieces, as of they only remembered at the end. I'm tired of calling in to complain... Their app/website should have an option to report issues.

Regardless, I suggest management take the time to re-train their staff because...

Excellent pizza! I always get a deep dish with pepperoni and bacon with turbo crust. So delicious. Delivery is spot on. They are always earlier than they estimate. My favorite pizza by far

Used the app to order and pay. I was pleased with how easy it was to use and apply deals to my order. My food was ready on time and as ordered. I ordered a 4 corner Detroit Deep Dish, medium 3-topping round, and deep dish bread. Overall the pizzas and bread were good and I was pleased with the topping quantity. Leftovers heated up in the airfryer were fantastic.
