Got a pizza that wasnt done and called to see if I could get a replacement... manager kept telling me it was done or it was cheesy... like, no... I'm looking at it its not done... she hung up on me and when I called back she said I was screaming at her... no, I wasnt I just asked for a replacement... she hung up on me again.

Terrible customer service.
Management doesn’t manage the staff or store. More of a hang out for employees to gather then to provide service to customers.
If you order a pizza, double check it to make sure it’s correct before leaving.
Pizzas are more greasy then ever before.
Waiting area is always dingy and dirty, not very welcoming when entering.
Last night I ordered my family pizza from the Down town Lake Orion store......I called my order in at 7:19pm.....I was told 10-15 minutes. I stopped at Kroger to get drinks and arrived aprox 20 min later to pick up my order.... Which mind you was $25 for a $5 hot and ready and a 3 meat treat with stuffed crust with one order of crazy bread. when I arrived my order was not complete, my hot and ready plus crazy bread were sitting out, not in the warmer and I was told they were waiting...read full review
