I'm so glad I skipped the drive-thru at this location and took my boys in before hitting the road home. The interactive table tops were a fun surprise for my boys. And when a manager noticed my exasperation after realizing I ordered my son's cheeseburger wrong, she stepped in and offered to make him a new one without my even asking. She won't know what a blessing she was today for us!
As far as McDonalds' go, this one is on top of their game. The employees are relatively quick and the food is reliably, consistently decent for what it is. Never had a bad experience, and I actually am calling a few places out in LO tonight... but this is not one of them.
I’m so tired of places not taking your order seriously. Got a happy meal for my daughter. Pulled up and waited, someone brought out the order but forgot the milk. Had to go in to get it. She wanted the Pet Simulator toy. Got something different. No one cares about anything anymore. If you don’t have something, say so and let people decide if they still want it. Customer service is a thing of the past. You’re lucky if you get half of what you ordered these days.
